Hi Folks,

I've been clamping now for around 2 months. So far everything seems to be going well.

The last 5 days I have noticed my Erect Length has shrunk by near 3/4 of an
inch.

This aint good !

Has anyone experienced this before?

Will It come back?

I was hoping RED could chime in on this one

I cannot really see how clamping can be the suspect here, if anything when I clamp my length reaches *probably* its full potential, what with the amount of blood down there. You're right, red will probably be able to shed more light on it. I mean, 3/4" is quite a large loss

Only heard of this in pe when someone hasnt cemented gains and they were temp and than they went. Maybe you had that length gain but it wasnt permanent and once you started another pe method i.e clamping it has gone. I cant see clamping being the cause of your length decreasing.
 
My length seems to be back again, and my morning wood has been insane looks like I may
have had some small girth gains too.

A quick question: Do you think its better to have more rest days when clamping say in a 10
day period?
 
I think rest days are important but how you take them is your decision
 
I used to clamp alot more a few months back. I would take as little days off as possible thinking that I would get the most out of it. Then I decided to do some strategic deconditioning and found that at least for me, taking more days off (two day on, one day off) gave me much better resoults. My girth gaines have been going up evn though Im trying to focus more on length right now. So basically right now Im getting awesome length gains and Im mantaining/adding more girth at the same time. Is about timing too. When you clamp and how is very important. When I was over-clamping my erections started to suffer, but now they are back and very, very strong.

No problem. For example, I will do the newbie routine posted by DLD, but instead of just the regular stretch I like bundling and "hooking" my dick with the other hand (Basically like a mother of ligs exrcises advertised by Blue whale). After Ive done about 15 minutes of this I do some squeesez and bends (just whatever variations I feel like) until they give me a nice expansion. Length of work out just depends on how much time I got that day and how much I feel like doing. After that ill wear my andro-penis for hourse at a time. Again, theres never a set time, it all depends on what's going on that day. Then after Im done with the extender I like to clamp with a semi erection for a couple hours before "going to bed". During this period of time I also like to go in the bathroom, loosen up the clamp and get my dick fully erect, clamp that bad boy up for about 10-15 mins or more, (Depends on what my dick is willing to take that day), and try to get as many of those bathroom "breaks" as I can. Sometimes I take another shower in the evening and repeat the manual workout. At this point I do one girth ex, on length ex, one girth, so on and so on.. Even though I like concentrating more on girth cuz Im bout to have some sex, and...oh thats fun.. :) but yea man what can i say, just give your dick a break from time to time and focus on good intensity and make sure you feel that the workouts are working the aspect of the penis that you intend to work on with each exer... Shit Im high so if something here doesnt make sense let me know. Good luck main
