I've been doing clamping about a month religiously and I haven't noticed any gains yet. I do about 30-40mins a day since I started. I started doing 3-4 10min sets now I do about 2 20 min sets. I haven't noticed any gains yet though. I'm still stuck at 5" girth. I started doing SSJs and A bends while clamping to help about a week ago. I also do the Bathmate about 15mins a day. Does girth work take longer to see gains?

Also when I clamp I only get about .25 inches of girth while clamped. Not sure if that's a good amount or low or what.
 
In my opinion, you are overworking it like crazy. I've been clamping for about 7 months now, and clamping is the only thing that has actually given me MASSIVE gains. But if you try to do 30 or 40 mins of clamping with exercises when you just start clamping, you aren't going to gain anything. It took me like 5 months to get to 30 mins of clamping. I did other exercises without the clamp though. My point is, take it slow. You can't force gains. I've been Penis Enlargement'ing for a total of about a year and a few months, but I had many months when I didn't gain anything. It was either becuase I wasn't going intense enough, or I was going too intense. Go a little more each day, but start with just a little. If your dick gets used to 40 mins of clamping with exercises your first month, there won't be much room left to increase your routine and you'll be done growing man! At least until you stop and take a good decon break. It isn't a race.
 
Well I used to do behind the balls clamping for a year before this and never really gained anything. My dick doesn't hurt or feel sore after I clamp so to me that means I'm not over doing it, but who knows. I don't see how over clamping could hinder my gains, but I don't know that much about Penis Enlargement. I do use common sense when I do clamping and I don't feel over-zealous about it. If it hurts I stop. If I go cold I un-clamp and re-circulate blood, etc.

Hey man, I did clamping for a while but then put it aside temporarily to focus solely on length. I will pick it up again after I reach my length goal though because I believe it works. The only thing I can guess that may not be a good sign is what you mentioned there. I used to get around .5 inches of temporary girth while clamped, which is a HUGE difference with the .25 you say you get. The reason I say that is a huge difference is because that is a hell of a lot more blood and expansion that has to occur.

Maybe that is your issue. Maybe you aren't getting the clamp tight enough or your erect as well as you should be. IMO the way to makes gains with clamping is to get the biggest temporary growth you can, which will slowly transfer into permanent gains. I have suffered from temporary erection issues at various points, and when that was going on with me I would only get a clamped expansion near .20 inches or so. Those days my pump stayed with me for a much shorter time and I didn't see as good of results.

Maybe what closeride said was correct, you may be doing too much. To me the point is clamping is more about intensity (as in the most expansion you can get for a short time) rather than having smaller expansion for a longer time. IMO length is more about time, girth is more about intensity.
 
I need more girth, I'm 7.5x5 and I feel like I have a pencil dick haha. For whatever reason I haven't been getting that much expansion even if the intensity is insane to where my dick feels sore. I've had it where it my expansion feels really intense but it's maybe .30 in max.
 
clamping felt awesome and gave me about .25 inches of girth while i was doing them, but after doing it for a few months and taking a 2 week break those gains disappeared completely and all i was left with was a bunch of discoloration. oh well, I guess it works for some and not for others.
 
Try 5 days on 2 days off. Healing is part of gaining. On your off days just wear a cock ring.

Ok so I'm back and I haven't really seen any gains from clamping. Any thoughts?
 
Add SSJs and do them before/while you clamp so you can soften the tunica. After your workouts youse cocking to heal in expanded state.At first when i was clamping i was geting the same expansion no more than 0.25
I added SSJs, started to soften and expand the tunica before the actual clamping and i have gone to 0.5-0.6 expansion.
 
As much as possible. Make sure it isnt very tight. btw i edited my last post so check it.
Also do bends. Starts slow because you can easily overtrain from my experience fatigue can be acumulative and can lead to overtraining if you do too much
 
Thanks, appreciate the info! I've tried SSJ's before and never really got the purpose of them but it makes sense to soften the tissue before trying to expand it.

The purpose is to cause extreme expansion by a dual compression environment controlled in intensity by you and the strength of the two hands crushing together.
 
You can't just put a clamp on and get expansion and expect it to stay, you need to add in some very intense exercises!
Next time your clamped do some high intensity squeezing exercises, and don't be afraid to go hard.
I used to be pretty scared, plus in the beginning it hurt because the compression you get from squeezing your dick hard while its clamped, is the most intense expansion exercise youll ever get!
but that's what brings in the gains, you could check out redzulu's threads he always talks about intensity!

I don't see why not. Assuming you don't turtle like mad afterwards or fatigue your dick into having less unaided erections, you've got more blood in your dick overall and should therefore see gains. Whether it'd be a good source of gains, however, remains to be questioned and other exercises in conjunction will indeed help.

In theory, if the penis is fully erect and you restrict the blood flow completely and were able to stay in an erect position for upwards of 4+ hours then you will definitely increase in size monumentally. Over time you will end up with megaphallus, a disorder commonly found in men who have Sickle Cell Anemia, where Priapism sets in (where the penis remains erect for hours). With that said, short periods clamped will do little unless manipulation is included.
