Hello! I'm on my journey to see how much i can gain in 1 year by only using my bare hands. What i wonder is what you guys think is the best exercise for base girth? :) What gives the fastest and best girth gains?

I'm currently 8 months in, noob routines isn't necessary. SSJ seems to focus on mid girth actually, or am i wrong? Is expressive stretching when you grip from your base and stretch, instead of gripping behind the glans?

Yes man that's expressive. The ssj you can also focus did you know? Just move the top hand closer to the base hand, and remember to always use caution :blush:

Bundled stretches

Just the first few things that came to mind. Base girth seems to come a lot faster for myself and many others on the forum. My suggestion would be to just use exercises that target the entire shaft, reach your goal, and then go from there. You'll probably have the base girth you're after by the time you reach your goal. And if you haven't, there's plenty you can do at that point.
 
Downwards stretching never did anything for my girth, but maybe that's just me.

Besides SSJs (mix with Bends) and Compression Squeezes the SRT size blaster is still underrated in its function as girth exercise imo (or maybe generally). It such a great exercise for girth, induces massive expansion! Also, as Longht suggested, edging with a cock ring (which is basically a clamping technique) is great for girth and it's a lazy ass mofo method to get expand significantly.

Stretches were never a thing for girth unless they were bundled stretches

Not necessarily. Anything that works to expose inner penis will technically increase base girth because inner penis is a bit thicker than what's exposed.

I still think going for overall girth would be the better plan.

This too can be corrected with isolated squeezes, or target SlowSquashJelq's if the base becomes out of proportion with the rest of the penis.

Oh? Is that so? Inner penis has bigger girth than the exposed penis.

That's what I've seen in my experience and read consistently on the forums. Kinda take it as matter of fact at this point.

That's interesting because that implies that if we've released the inner penis then we should have a bigger base girth.

That is usually the case but even without making expressive gains the base is usually thicker anyways.
