In some ways yes as you are drawing out more penis but upon deeper studies, in Botany, I found that much of the growth information correlated with length work and base expansion in PE. In Botany as a plant becomes taller it's base needs to thicken to handle the larger weight. We can see this is corn stalks, trees, wheat and many other plants. I did a very in-depth study that is on Twatsplace but I will not go there to retrieve it.

Everything from within right? Plants have this ability to grow and create layers but they grow from the inside and spread out.

Exactly. The major correlation is how the base of a stalk needs to thicken to support new size, same as in PE, as we get longer the base will always increase in girth.

Wait but if we extend our dicks wont the base become normal sized compared to if you did girth before the girthy part would move up? and look baseball bat-ish

Do you mean that.. If you did heavy girthwork on the outside, and made the outside bigger. And then you gain some length gains, the new "base" that comes out from the inside would appear smaller than the base size you had before, and that this will create baseball bat effect?

If you mean like this, yes i think it could be very possible. Because this is basically what my penis has turned to.

Not at all, in every case where a man has done heavy downward length work the base of the penis thicken. Partly internal but mostly as support.
