I discovered Thundersplace a few years ago. Measurement was 5.2 BPEL and 4.7 EG, did some jelqs and stopped.

I came back to PE and registered to MOS a few months ago (this summer) in order to follow a good daily routine as I was convinced PE could give results and better EQ (I'm lucky with that, no ED, but I like when my GF finds I'm as hard as wood lol)
Now I'm slightly above 6 BPEL x 5 EG with strong EQ, and I expect to continue with gains and results.
So that's about 1 inch in four to six months I'd say. Goal is 7 x 6.

I strongly recommend entering MOS paying membership, as it helps you understanding mixed use of manual work, Bathmate and ADS. I discovered accurate technics and videos, was convinced by using PE stretchers and bought Penimaster (200x better than tools like Andropenis that hurted me, and Bathmate which is awesome). SRT theory is relevant and for me, DLD could be compare to a Mystery or Ross Jeffries in pickup world, for those who know this market.


My advise would be that if you feel you need to be guided with a real step-by-step PE method, and want to stop losing time by gathering separate bits of informations on free forums (including MOS), it's worth investing in the member section, even if there are some dead links here and there.

This if my first post, thought it would be a good thread to start on. I started off as 5.5" EL by I think around 4.7" MEG (not too sure with my girth tbh). The last time I measured my size was on the 22/12/14 and i was 6.6" EL and 5.3" MEG, I managed this over a 6 month period.

Routine
Stretching
outwards/left/right/down/up and hold each stretch for 30 seconds. I do three of these sets in a super set, the first i bundle one way and the second i bundle the oopposite way, the final i just stretch normally. I aim to do at least 4 of the super sets a day.

Bathmate
I used the bathmate for 10 minutes and do some expressive stretching just straight out for a total of 2mins 30 secs over the 10 minutes. then i remove the bathmate and jelq for about 3 minutes and re apply for the bathmate for about another 10 minutes, i usually go over 20 minutes in total. after my bathmate session I edge for about 20 minutes.

Traction Wrap
I leave a traction wrap on for about 2-3 hours after a stretching session but i use this sporodically.

Those are some great gains man! Keep up the good work and I'm sure you will continue to see more.
 
How many of the bros here started whit a 5.5 inches in lenght and 4.75 in girth or even less, and have you guys gained an inch or more, how big are you guys now,how long did it take before you guys noticed important gains what exercises gave you the best results.:) Thanks

I started at 6 inches bone press but I can't remember what my girth measurement was.
