How many of the bros here started whit a 5.5 inches in lenght and 4.75 in girth or even less, and have you guys gained an inch or more, how big are you guys now,how long did it take before you guys noticed important gains what exercises gave you the best results.:) Thanks

I started at around 5x5 non bone pressed. I'm 7x6 non bone pressed now. I jelqed my first few months and gained about 1/2" in length and girth. I later found hanging and squeeze exercises. Hanging gave me the rest of my length over the years. Squeezes and more so clamping gave me the rest of my girth. I have always had a very on again off again routine. What I could have gained in about 3 years took me around 8-9 years. That's from my own lack of focus, and life getting in the way.
I'm not done yet and will be back at it in a year or so.

wow amazing so great that you have gained and that you are big, yeah the on and off thing is not a great thing, something similar happens to me i was supposed to exercise all of this month but i have exercised only 7 or 8 days, this month,i have to continue whit my session and get a lot of crap of my head but im gonna continue thanks for your words:)

The important part is always getting back to it!

And to stick to it!

I started out under 6x5. Now over 7.5 x 6. Persistence is very much the key. But you shouldn't be afraid to take it easy for a while. Helps to lower your tolerance which can really make a difference in the long run.

If you get to a point where motivation is going to be a problem, stick to a maintenance routine you can do when you'd be masturbating anyway. Doing that will actually be helpful in cementing your gains and you can come back to really trying to increase your size without having lost anything.

Holy shit longth, I had no idea you gained over 1.5 inches?!?! How long did it take you to go from 6 to 7.5?

I don't know why I was under the impression that you were new to PE.

I started at 7 inches BPEL, but I still feel that is just the higher end of average. Some might consider it on the lower end of big, but I assume it is average for a tall guy.

Well I did the newbie routine and had some good eq gains from that. Plus I was very keen on following it strictly. My foreskin also wasn't as problematic back then. Then I did supra slammers for maybe 6 months. Really was not fond of them though. They were the main reason I stopped. Just plain didn't enjoy them.

So I guess 9 months of training as much as I had time for. That was ten years ago.

Then I decided to start up again for about 3 months when I first started training against turkey neck. Just slammers. Still hated them, but I did gain .3 in girth. My life got busy so I stopped and the gains faded. That was 2 years ago.

This time I'm just powering through and sticking to things I enjoy like edging with a ring and extending I actually kinda like. I don't like jelqs but they don't bother me. But that's about it. And my life is going to be consistently stationary so I have a "LETS DO THIS" kind of attitude.

I'm not even new to mos, just completely clueless what my old info was. Ten years is a long time

Ten years, I'm impressed. So are you saying you lost all the gains you originally made, or did some of that cement?

My length gains cemented well. Girth was difficult to even attain for me with just jelqs. Slammers worked ok for me but the gains didn't wind up sticking with just edging.

I really was a bit squeemish about pushing myself until recently. Deciding to be bold about girth work was probably the best possible move for me.

SlowSquashJelqs are a very good way to gain girth very fast if you have not tried them yet. If you have a BathMate the combination of the two is very powerful when done in super-sets.

I am the exact opposite. Length comes very hard for me and I believe I do not cement it well, but with girth I gain pretty easily. Actually the reason I set girth aside altogether is because I was gaining really quickly and it seemed like it was getting harder to gain length because of it.

I guess we are all different, girth was impossible for me in the beginning but length just came with ease. It was not until I installed super-sets routines in girth that I started to see good gains.

I started at 4.5" NBPEL (5.5 BP) with a MSEG of 4.4" five years ago. When I measured yesterday, I had gained an inch in each stat - 5.5" NBPEL (6.5" BP) with a MSEG of 5.4".

Extending for length and pumping for girth.
