Bundle, then attach the weight and drop CAREFULLY. . . Hold the weight all the way down, till it hangs on its own.
 
I remember running was sort of spinning a forty five lbs while just hanging there a while back XD crazy shit

I hang and then twist. Slowly. Quarter turn when my penis relaxes a little. I get 1.5 turns, I used to get 2 full turns, so soon lol.

No it was only 40 lbs😑lol. The 45 was for a minute hold then relax and repeat.

I honestly don't like jelqing that much and hanging + manual stretches from what I've heard is the way to go for strictly length.

Yeah I thought the other guy had it different, but they both have similar merit probably. At that weight I'd need to let it twist after already having a good hang going just for safety.
 
Yup. I let my penis acclimate to the weight, usually a minute or 2 at 20lbs, then I slowly turn. We know how to do this😆

If you are going strictly length and are only looking for an inch in length this could be a quick fix :) Maybe 6 months time.

the best equipment for length since you do not want to go manual:

The Phallosan
The SizeGenetics
The LengthMaster
The hanger
The PeniMaster Pro
The BathMate if used in HardCore Stretching
The VLC for minimal stretch
The ACE for very minimal stretch

I've talked to this guy over the net who was also into pe and had made very impressive gains.

Since I don't like Jelqing his routine sounded amazing to me.

He basically stretched & hung everyday hanging of course for 10 hrs a week, which is what I've been doing for the past month.

Have y'all had any success in JUST HANGING?

Is a only hanging routine a good one or should I try to incorporate jelqing?

You can hang and do bundled stretches. Do 10 mins of bundled stretches right before each hanging set.
