I've talked to this guy over the net who was also into pe and had made very impressive gains.

Since I don't like Jelqing his routine sounded amazing to me.

He basically stretched & hung everyday hanging of course for 10 hrs a week, which is what I've been doing for the past month.

Have y'all had any success in JUST HANGING?

Is a only hanging routine a good one or should I try to incorporate jelqing?

You are talking about two very different exercises/routines...jelqing is manly for girth..you may gain some length but you will gain mostly girth...stretching and hanging are pure for length..so what do you want?If you want girth,focus on girth exercises,jelqing,pumping,SSJ,etc..if you want length,focus on hanging,stretching,extending,etc.You won't gain girth from hanging and you won't gain ( amazing ) length from jelqing.
 
Actually you might gain girth from hanging, and this would be enhanced by throwing in some jelqs/ssj. The thing about hanging is that if you go steadily progressing the eq will be tits, but if you go overboard you eq dies<:(. Try to strategically include a jelqing set so you don't over hang alright bra?

Many guys do hanging only, just do whatever works for you. Whatever makes u gain is good
 
Is an strange thing actually i have notice a bit of engorgement after using the LM....The pensi gets so stretched n elongated....i think that engorgement is basically the penis recovering its normal girth...
 
Hanging is great if done correctly. You gain base girth, which like a tree, strengthens your penis from the bottom. I gained length and base girth. You don't need that many hours, I gained only doing 5-6 hours max a week. You have to get to your fatigue point and adjust the weight. Read up on stiilwantmore2 threads. Good read. Include manual stretches as well.

If you can get in jelqs, do it. It'll help to flush in new blood and to keep your penis healthy. You can do dry jelqs to keep you from having to constantly clean, which I hate so I dry jelq when I can. Gotta learn how to push all your skin down, then grip and jelq up without rubbing the skin. That way it won't burn and you get some expansion. Believe there's a video showing it somewhere.

Your penis pushes in as much blood as it can after hanging or extreme manual exercises. Great for getting a jelqing session in. If not, I used to clamp right after, greatest point of expansion for me.

Make a feasible goal and reach it, then adjust as needed.

Yes you can definitely gain length with hanging. Search the hanging section on this site. Make sure you get a good hanger like the LM or SWM'S Malehanger2. Take it slow but yes you can definitely make length gains.

WTF?! 5-6 hours a week?
I am planning to start hanging 5-6 hours a day from January, along with prolonged extender and LM usage.

Man I don't think the LM is a good hanger.
I use the LM mostly for bundled stretches. . . I did this for 2 weeks and saw OBVIOUS gains.
I am absolutely certain the LM is the BEST manual stretching device ever, but a great hanger? . . . Nope.

It really depends on your goals. What is the size you want too get to and how big are your today? How much time do you have to dedicate to the routine daily? Let me know these answers so we can direct better. In the meantime I suggest you look at the SRT Thread and The Newbie Thread to get a quick crash course in MOS PE.
 
Comfortably, I got to 40lbs before I stopped at the beginning of this month due to lack of time but I'll be getting back soon. DLD got even more than that while hanging. It depends on your penis. Sounds weird but it's true. Definitely the best when it comes to bundling. You'll master it when hanging 30 lbs while bundling, feels frickin exhilarating. The hang afterwards is very nice.

Haha. SWM2 gained fine doing less than 10 hours a week. Check his site and his hanging threads. You need to find a weight that gets you truly fatigued by the third set in your second or third day of hanging. It tends to control your life having to worry about that much time of hanging. I started at 20 lbs and got to 40 lbs hanging everyday I could. 3 sets of 15 minutes. Nice and easy without taking over my day and I gained good.
 
Yeah that's true man if you know how to hang correctly which is using all the weight you can handle there's gonna be gains rain! Plain and simple brah train smarter, and safer at the same time

Well thanks for your input, I have been hanging a while and have seen some good gains. . . . I am just doing this because I want to see how much I can gain in a period of 2 moths.
Found a way to make more money working just a couple of hours. . . So going to use most of my spare time PEing .

Bundled hanging saw me make temp gains of 3cms in one day, stayed for quite a while too.
Best way to hang really, but kinda dangerous too, as its pretty intense.
 
Right now thanks to your input, I'm hanging again and using 20 lbs bundled left and right. Felt great. Missed it so much. More free time is coming.
 
Do you pick the weight up, bundle, and then let it hang, or do you twist it when its totally stretched?

I am jello man. . My house is packed at the moment. . Can't do PE for now.
