Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forums. I have a question about penis size. I have an oddly proportioned one, but am wondering something. I'm 5 inches long and 6 inches around in girth, sometimes 6.25" depending on bloodflow and excitedness. :p That's up from about 5" in girth due to jelqing.

I've always been self conscious about my penis size, assuming I had a micro one, ever since I compared sizes with a kid in summer camp and he made fun of my size.

My question is, I'm somewhat obese, about 280 lbs (6 ft tall), and I've lost quite a bit of weight actually. The thing is: I found out that 6" inches around is actually quite good? Even above normal? This surprised me, because I seriously thought I had a tiny one.

But the thing is I know it's oddly proportioned? Like even though it's "short", I can do weird things like wank with two hands, which supposedly only the bigger guys (7"+ can do), but whenever I measure it, it's disappointingly short.

Is it possible I actually have an inch or maybe even two hidden under all that skin? Are there any formerly obese guys who have experience at this? Plus, I'm a "grower" not a "shower". I'm trying to get bigger in a flaccid state. In a flaccid state it's about 2 or 3 inches. When erect, SIGNIFICANTLY thicker. I want it to "hang" and have some self confidence.

Also, wondering about a pump. I'm find jelqing works for me, but eventually want to get a pump, at least for pleasure reasons and to ensure a rock hard erection, which I enjoy over a semi.

Anyway, thanks for any advice,

I heard that every 15lbs your overweight you lose an inch of your penis. So yeah, its possible you have more penis that isn't visible to you.

6inches of girth is very good. If I were you I would focus primarly on length gains or losing weight.

So if you have a 6 inch penis and you are 90 pounds overweight you have no penis? I guess someone 110 pounds overweight would have an inverted 2" :) Come on now

You thought that was small, its human nature for use to find something wrong about ourselves. You have girth size some of us would trade are souls to the devil for. that amazing size man.

What was your routine like when you gained? I seen you say you jelqed to gain girth.

I have been weight lifting since I was 12-13. I'm dieting down to contest weight for a natural BB competition in august. If you need any advice on losing weight please ask. I love helping other improve the quality of their life.

Thanks guys for the welcome. :)

Hehe, well that's not all that far from the truth. When I was over 400 lbs, when flaccid, sometimes it would invert. It doesn't do that now, that I've lost over 160 lbs so far. I would LOVE it if I had a 12" penis hiding under my skin, lol, but I do doubt that. But it stands to reason I might have at least an inch or maybe two, hoping. :)

Aw, thanks that would be awesome. I have lost a lot so far, but any help I can get toning and replacing fat with muscle would be greatly appreciated.

As for the jelqing, well gaining in girth, wasn't my main purpose, it was length, but an unexpected side was the girth, which I'm happy with. Just wish I had more length.

When you say "tone" this one of those thing in the fitness world that will be misleading forever. Your muscle can only grow or shrink. And bodyfat can be added or lose.

Fat and muscle are two VERY different tissues. There is no such thing is turn fat to muscle you either lose or gain with both tissues. if you want to tone up you need to fix your diet and lose the layer of bodyfat over your tone muscle. Yes weight lifting, cardio, etc. will get you so far but diet is the "make-or-break" of a ripped body. And remember you will have some people tell you its not that important cause they have great results from great genetics. but remember we all aren't born with great genes and the people who look in shape and eat bad there slowly dying on the inside. Never get influenced by someone cause they can get away with it cause everyones inside are the same and down the road these are the people who visit their doctors and say" I thought I was healthy" with a shitload of health problems.

DIET is 100 percent of the key of getting lean.

newbie09 what does that mean?

Its such a 2 week hardcore diet that burns tons of fat, but therefor exhausts you for this time and it will be dangerous if you do it longer.

So my math was not so off:)

hey girthhammer, i am trying to lose weight as well, im about 5'9" and ~204lbs. i was around 160-170lbs. for many years, then a girlfriend and living with her happened. ;P

what practical diet advice can you(or dld/anyone else who has lost weight and kept it off) give me? should i start counting calories? no dairy? vegetarian?

also, i used to drum for an hour a day on top of ~20 minutes strength training and 30 min. cardio every other day, but do not drum anymore. it seems like my metabolism has slowed down, maybe this is partly to blame?

HELP! thanks

low calories and fats plus intense cardio, thats the magic...

its not neccesary the calories. Its more so the food quality(Health wise). I'm eating near 400-500 calories more than before on my precontest diet and getting scary ripped.

Find some form of exercise you enjoy and stick with it. since I have no way of knowing your former history with exercise, health, family history, etc. it is not a good idea to offer plans for you. But do some research on healthy foods and find what you like. If you need more help PM me and I will see how I can help you.

That is so true. The type of foods you eat will determine how your body reacts to them. You could have a diet where you only eat 1000 calories a day, but if these are all empty calories you will more than likely gain fat. A simple change in the type of food alone will boost your metabolism, with no exercise at all but when cardio is worked in everything changes and in months time you will lose lots of fat and build lots of muscle.

im sure you can afford to lose a good 60 pounds, with that loss of weight i can def see you gaining an inch of length.

Low fat diets don't do shit for weight loss. Back off on simple carbs and stay away from processed foods and you'll lose weight.

Wrong, the fat is required to keep several body functions properly working

good shit newbie, Yeah you need your healthy fats. You need to find foods you wouldn't hate eating. DONT DO ONE OF THOSE FAD DIETS. Most them are not safe. You lose weight on the scale but its not mainly bodyfat. do your research and find something you like.

Working the fat down proofed more efficient than starving it down. That is very important to know too.

Are I would recommend eating like 2500kcal, doing lots of sports and especially cardio in the morning on BCAAs and some wake upper (coffeine). No meal before. That system is an example where right supplementation proofes useful. If you do it without medicas I would recommend static inteisity instead of intervals.
