Hello brotherhood,
I am PEing consistently - never had more than 10 days off - for a year and my routine was since the beginning incorporating stretching jelqing pumping.
Since I got informed about the SRT I have tried to follow as much as I can the SRT principles.

So since my routine now looks like this:

MORINING: (1 hour of stretching)
- warm up 5 min.
- 30sec x3 times pull all directions while each in set I am doing a dld blaster

......right after I am putting on the Phallosan for as much as I can until the evening/night girth session. Tension at the high green line to be able to heal.

NIGHT: - Take out the Phallosan and putting the BATHMATE x30 in a flassid state to warm up for 5min.
- Jelq at 80% erection for 30min.
- Doing the 5x5x3

So my question now is: Should I keep on jelqing those 30min or after a year I should JUST do the 5x5x3 for girth????

What do you think? What would you do differently?
 
does it feel like it works?
if it feels like it works. by all means continue.

after a year of PE you have experience enough to try things out for yourself.

my advise would be to test anything you find interesting and see what happens.

try and skip the jelq for a period.

what happens?

if you start to grow insanely fast "YEY! if not.. well then try something else.

trial and error is the path the victory my friend.

By all means just follow the srt methods bro. Mixing it up once in a while gets the tissues to budge alot easier.
In the future when you go back to jelqs you'll have a thicker tool to work, just keep cycling the exercises that way so your penis has no choice but to respond to the stimuli.
 
The 5x5x3 is the best girth routine ever..it will work 5 times better than jelqing..but still,jelqing is a great exercsies..sometimes i jelq just because it feels good :)
 
I jelq, ssj, uli, iso compression squeeze, kegel, and reverse kegel all while wearing a cockring every time I jerk off. It's kind of a ritual. I feel like if I just jerk off without doing anything else I'm wasting a great opportunity for pe. This method has really helped me. I usually go for 30-45 minutes then follow up with some manual stretches. I also pump before sex.

I agree its always the best thing to try things out and see how your body responds. I was just wondering if I am overdoing with the workout of 30min jelq + 30min 5x5x3.

My rule is : If you're penis is not fatigue and you have no EQ problems you're not overdoing anything :)

But even in the state of fatigue there is massive benefits to length work. Fatigue is the big reason DLD Blasters work so effectively. I say prepare for sex and make sure you are not going too crazy so you can get good eq. But if you are not currently having sex then I say once fatigue sets in grab that dick and stretch!

if the penis is fatigue b/c of a girth workout ( very much Jelqing ), sould i then do stretching with 'lets say' Hanging or Lengthmaster ?

If you feel like Jelqing is working for you,keep it.If not,switch to 5x5x3.However,try to do girth exercises at 100 % erect.

If you have fatigued your penis and you have the time and inspiration, stretch like a MOFO! There is no better time to make length gains then when the penis is in a state of fatigue or refractory. The issue comes when you decide to have sex, you will want good eq so there will need to be a bit of planning.
