I read talk about soda so here's my link or I'll just copy it,

Water vs. Coke
Water

1. 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. (Likely applies to half world population)

2. In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is often mistaken for hunger.

3. Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as much as 3%.

4. One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a U-Washington study.

5. Lack of water, the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.

6. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.

7. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page.

8. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop baldder cancer
Are you drinking the amount of water you should every day?

COKE

1. In many states (in the USA) the highway patrol carries two gallons of Coke in the truck to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.

2. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of coke and it will be gone in two days

3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous china.

4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.

5. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.

6. To loosen a rusted bolt: Applying a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes.

7. To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before the ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to ix with the Coke for asumptuous brown gravy.

8. To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of coke into a load of reasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your windshield.
For Your Info

1. The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8. It will dissolve a nail in about 4 days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase in osteoporosis.

2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup (the concentrate) the commercial truck must use the Hazardous material place cards reserved for Highly corrosive materials.

3. The distributors of coke have been using it to clean the engines of their trucks for about 20 years! Now the question is, would you like a glass of water or coke?

Also if one were to do a search of calcium and weight loss a link like this may come up, http://www.annecollins.com/weight-control/calcium-weight-loss.htm

I take live brazil coral which is a new product recently, http://www.brazillivecoral.com/

Neither. Dr Pepper biotch.

My bones are thick as fuck. I landed 180lbs all the pressure on my wrist while snowboarding. Heard a pop that is it. The only thing they saw on x-ray was my growth plates still open.

I drink tons of milk a day to counteract any calcium loss. 80% of those glasses are chocolate milk so I get added calcium.

Coke doesnt stay on your teeth for 4 days like it does nails/etc to dissolve them.

Anyways, DP for life!

Well according to this link it mentions all soda's so the only alternative would be something like natural/organic soda's, but watch out for the sugar because sugar depletes the body of minerals.- And now for the properties of COKE/Penis EnlargementPSI:
* This represents all Sodas, not just COKE! (All Carbonated Soda's) http://www.threadsofgod.com/water_coke.html

It's kind of sad, the name doctor pepper is like the man (Samuel Thomson)who helped, estimated in millions of people, in the 1800's with hot peppers, yet this kind of name gets put on a beverage whose literature reads as unhealthy. It's like someone is playing with your mind.

re: Milk- a milk link, http://www.notmilk.com/

sephin, I have been searching for the natural ingredients of Dr. Pepper, you know like for ie Ginger Ale originally had ginger in it, but didn't find anything. Blue Sky natural soda has their own called Dr. Becker but it doesn't have any spices in it. A story about it was found though, http://www.snopes.com/business/secret/drpepper.asp

Have you ever made your own soda? I tried once before. If I remember correctly it's a bottle of extract, sugar, water, and a packet of yeast.
To make a natural Pepper soda recipe will be fun.

-red bell pepper juice
-red hot pepper juice
-licorice
-molasses
-prune juice
-cinnamon
-black pepper
-cherry juice

Cool thanks. Add something to the list if you want sephin.

MAn I wouldn't recommend the ephedra (even the supposedly safe one) to anybody ever. I live in a small town and two of my friends took it. One a girl took it for about a year and got very ill. Two open heart surgeries later she still isn't able to work. The other friend a man wasn't as lucky as she was. He now lives in a hole in the ground 6 feet deep. Neither of them had any signs of heart problems or heart trouble.

That's awful. However, I can't think that they took a recommended, sensible does of the stuff. I work with a guy that I saw take eight Trim Spa pills at once, when the recommended dosage is one pill, threes time per day. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but I haven't heard of any ephedra problems that were not caused, at least in part, to overdosage.

I got sick of ephedra, felt ill and that kinda sheit.
But amphetamine that is much better, dont use it to often doe. But it is better. Or pure ephedrine is also much better.
