It's been longer than I can remember since I've done any PE. I started it up again last weekend and have been committed every day so far. I've been floating around the forum for the past few days seeing how everyones progress is going, and motivation of course!

My routine I've been doing so far is incorporating jelq, bathmate, and clmaping. I first start out in the bathmate for 5 minutes hitting 6.5" in bathmate and sometimed use wine vac mod then clamp for 5 min. I do kegels while clamping and boy does he get fat! After clamping I do 50 jelq, then repeat the process another 2 times.

My penis has been looking fuller even hours after of doing my routine. After I'm done with a session my penis is around 6" girth (6.25" once this past week), and my bone pressed is 7.5". When I first started up last week I would be 5.5" girth on a good erections and was a little over 7 bone pressed before my first session.

Since I'm overweight I loose some of the length from the fat pad about 2 inches. I would like to be bone pressed of 8.5 or more and I'll be happy if my girth is at 6 permanent.

I want to stay committed and do this long term as in the past I've usually done it for a week and didn't do anything for weeks or months. I've seen many of your threads of progress and it's definitely motivation.

I hope to look back at this thread a year from now and see how much I've gone up in length and girth. If anyone has anything that I should add or change to my routine I'm open for ideas!
 
Welcome back and I am glad to hear you have committed yourself to this. Between PE and losing the fat pad your goal can be met rather quickly.
 
Thanks DLD! Hopefully see some flaccid changes within the next few weeks and as long as I stick to it, it will be worth the time and dedication!
 
Today I upped the number of jelqs to 100 per session. I first started taking a warm shower then followed by 100 jelqs. I then clamped for 5 minutes doing light ssjs 10 sets at 10 seconds each. In the bathmate I went for 5 minutes with the wine vac mod which brought me to 6.75" while in the bathmate.

While jelqing, i split the session to 50 jelqs, do some edging then do another 50. At the end of clamping my last round I was at 6.25" girth and can't wait to have this be my permanent size. I'd like to focus in length as well and since i've completed 1 week, i am staying optimistic and hopefully will see some length gains within the next few months.

Thanks to all of you, your success is what keeps driving me to grow grow grow! What do you guys think? Should I change something? Add something? I am going to up the number of jelqs I do every Saturday until I hit 200 or 300 per session. Should I do number of jelqs or do it in minutes?

Strap on an extender, every single minute, you're not Jelqing, stretching, or pumping! It keeps that tunica, and all the other internals, all stretchy and pliable!!! That's been my experience anyway.......I've packed on an inch of girth, in 4 months!!! My wife is beyond thrilled!!! And not because I was little to start with......she says I made a good thing great.....lol, getting "greater" every day!!!
 
You will have to create a progress log as this will give you the zeal to remain consistent as you update the log daily. Each time you think about your progress log and how important it is for you to update it at the end of the day, you can't skip your session for this reason.

Excellent advice! This is a step that helps so many men stay focused, on point and gaining.

Get a personal progress log, this will motivate you and also motivate others to train consistently.

When men start the foirst thing that should be done is a progress log. The log should contain all of your beginning information so you have a solid record to compare to when you go to measure. Starting measurement, goals, routine specifically, pictures if you desire, and this thread should be updated daily to get the most exposure. Your fellow Brothers will be a heavy influence on you and keeping you on the path to gains.
