Yes i did that also... I used to pump for 10-15 minutes, jelq (600 strokes), pumped again for another 10-15 minutes. Looks interesting.. Expensive though... They also have smaller diameter cylinder which would only work on length. That way you dont have that swollen look. I think it would be great for that little extra after a length workout. After you do you regular length workout, you could put the smaller diameter cylinder on and keep it stretched all evening long.. But, back to my original comment about the mushroom cylinder, I think this would help dramatically for the head. It would be a great boost at the end of your workout.

I've never tried one of those mushroom cylinders... I feel that my glan size is fine and didn't want to make it any bigger.

I just have a problem of when I jelq my cock has a weird hard feel to it, I like it squishy when I jelq, u know.....and the Pumping would definitely do that....

Always. I start out jelqing for 10 minutes, then pump for 10 minutes, then jelq for 5-10, then pump, then i throw in some uli's or squeezes, then pump and finish it off with jelqing.
 
I used pumping in my routine. Worked very well. Problem was staying hard for such a long time. Doing jelqs, squeezes, pumping, and clamping. I was in an hour and a half , hand routine, before my bruising put my ass on the bench. (Still haven't tried ED meds yet)
Nothing gave me blood spots more then pumping. Heat makes it more effective. If your gonna get one, get one with a gauge...a must.
 
I agree the gains seen immediately after pumping are just fluid but the pumping process pulls fluids into the penile tissue forcing them to expand beyond what they're usually capable of just like how jelqing does (only more intense). After some time, permanent girth gains can be made. This has been my experience... i pumped for a couple of months and gained .5" in girth that i was able to keep. I haven't pumped for serveral months and not only have i kept my .5" gains but have actually gained a little more. I think the key to making permanent gains from pumping is to not rely on just pumping alone. My routine had me doing two pumping sessions every night with very intense jelqing in between.

i recently pumped and...OMG it was like the best girth workout ive ever gotten in my life. whats going on? How come i dont hear much about anyone pumping?! or i dont see it much on people routines?? its working wonders for me and im getting girth that i have only dreamed of.

Brothers are shooting for their length goals first before shifting their focus to girth work. But I understand your point, we talk more about length exercises many times.

Yes, you can get bruising, IF and only IF you over squeeze on sensitive skin that have not been conditioned yet. Under the SRT and 5x5x3 programs, there's a slow incrementation or progression to adapt the internal tissues from bruising. It normally takes two to five weeks to get your penis conditioned to take on strong squeezing. If you go hard straight from the start, it will cause bruising, just like pumping.

I only ever use pumping before using my penile traction device to get some blood in the tissues (or use a heating pad or hot shower) making my penis more pliable and post stretching for recovery, to get some blood into the tissue for healing. Also I do pump sometime between the 1 hour stretching sessions with my device if needed and if im at home. But I dont really use to to gain size and when I do use it, its only a gentle vacuum somewhere close to just under a full election.

Have you use the exercise Slow Squash Jelqs (SSJ)? May be much faster than pumping.

Like I said I only use it to put some blood i the tissues for recovery and traction is great for me as I can use it conveniently while playing video games, watching a movie or even at work.

It has never happened to me. Also, warmup for a minimum of 20 minutes before starting your pumping/ssj session. 20 minutes of warmup is the minimum time I recommend if you want to have intense and successful pumping/ssj sessions.
 
I love the girth I have built that is permanent because it is hard and solid. I heard that pumping girth is mainly fluid build up so it is soft and puffy.

Interesting yeah girth exercises are the foundation I have the girth clips..Can I get to a massive permanent gain let's say a 6+ inches girth?
