Mmm If I had one I'd let him know until he's 18 or mature enough or something.Some may not care about PE.

Penis size is so overvalued these days,every body got their own standards, size looks etc...

edit. if its true then thats probably when they should start PE unless they stop growing in the teens for some reason.
