This week starts a new chapter for me in my Penis Enlargement journey. I have begun a split routine where I am working length pretty much every day of the week, with girth work in the evenings every other day. So, it looks like this: I work length 20-30 minutes in the morning with bundled A-stretches and my lig stretch (see my signature). I do bundled A stretches for a few minutes every piss break I take during the day. If I get another 20-30 minutes during the day...which I often do, I will do some more stretching. In the evenings, I stretch at least another 30-45 minutes...some nights a full hour with ...you guessed it, Bundled A stretches. Depending on the night on Monday/Wednesday/Friday/, I will anywhere from 8-10 pm take my Silagra (generic Viagra) and generic Tagamet stack. After about 45 minutes or so, I begin my girth routine. I work girth with alternating sets of "short jelqs" and two handed squeezes for 45 minutes to an hour. I make every girth session intense enough to expand my erection at LEAST 1/4" bigger in diameter than my normal erection. No gains yet on girth but, I expect them soon. I'm on this split routine with the logic that working my penis tissues from different directions...not just stretching them in one direction with the A stretches...will aid my length work by adding extra fatigue to the tissues.
