As every newb i got overly excited about this, so i started doing the DLD Newb routine, ordered a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].
Only did about 2 min warm up.
Started pulling too hard.. went full force on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], lots of fluid retention.. it got huge but lol..
Just to name some of my mistakes.
I noticed that after the second week or so, it got harder and harder to do the jelqs as i was having troubles with erection. DXXIII suggested i use kegel's, i it worked, but still, they usually would come fast and hard, so this was weird for me :/.
I read some more, and got to the conclusion that i was going to fast too hard, and my dick was tired. So i took a few days off, im the meantime had sex twice, used a ring and got some really hard and veiny erection, that was nice. Probably worth mentioning that i was wearing a ROP 24/7, only thing i noticed was a larger flaccid that would stay that way for sometime even after taking it off. Also took it off and only did a warm in the last couple of days.
This was really bugging me out, i was so excited and all, and all of the sudden i though that i have broken my dick...
So last night after the rest, was messing around with my balls and all of the sudden a rock hard, uff so i was right, i was only tired.
So i decided to get back in the game but take it down a notch.
So now i'm doing 2 days on 1 day off. No ROP for a while.
Started to do some light stretch in the morning while in the shower, usually im too tired or late in the morning so this is a good exercise for me.
I use a leg stretcher during the day without too much tension, want to work on my flaccid length as i seem to turtle a lot. I just got the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] and will be using that also as the leg stretcher. use it for about 6/7 hours, with a 15/20min break every hour or whenever it gets uncomfortable.
Seems to be working nice so far.
I didn't new about the reverse kegels, so i think i was also training the kegels too hard, and now i do this:
25 quick Kegels
25 Quick Reverse Kegels
25 quick Kegels
25 Quick Reverse Kegels
50 five second Kegels
50 five second Reverse Kegels i alternate each one, 5 sec kegel, 5 sec reverse kegel, 5sec kegel, etc...
30 second Kegel
30 second reverse Kegel
30 second Kegel
30 second reverse Kegel
Will be trying also the 2 days on one off, but if that is not enough i will do them every other day. I think they need their rest also.
At the evening im doing a 15min warmup, it really makes a difference here, then i do the DLD newb stretches but for only 1 rep. I do 25 kegels for every stretch also, with a 5 sec reverse kegel.

it goes like this:
5min warm up again ( should mention for warm up i found easier to fill up the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and just use it with no pressure, just holding the water in and every 2min or so, refill with warmer water).
5min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] low pressure ( about 40% erection - usually pump to mark 150)
5min jelqs and in the end 90 v-jelqs doing a side pull every 3rd.
5min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] medium pressure (about 70% erection - pump to mark 160)
5min jelqs and in the end 90 v-jelqs doing a side pull every 3rd.

One thing i also noticed is that i was gripping to hard, used a lighter grip and it was much more pleasurable.
I still struggling with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] but i think the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] will make it work, not much time to use it, so im trying to get 1 to 2 hours on.
Lets see how i feel tomorrow, any suggestions appreciated.
one thing, how to you guys measure lenght? as in my pic i go with the ruler over the dick and press it there, but i see some guys doing it on the side, if i do it there i think i gain almost an inch.. which one do i use?
