As every newb i got overly excited about this, so i started doing the DLD Newb routine, ordered a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

Only did about 2 min warm up.
Started pulling too hard.. went full force on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], lots of fluid retention.. it got huge but lol..
Just to name some of my mistakes.

I noticed that after the second week or so, it got harder and harder to do the jelqs as i was having troubles with erection. DXXIII suggested i use kegel's, i it worked, but still, they usually would come fast and hard, so this was weird for me :/.

I read some more, and got to the conclusion that i was going to fast too hard, and my dick was tired. So i took a few days off, im the meantime had sex twice, used a ring and got some really hard and veiny erection, that was nice. Probably worth mentioning that i was wearing a ROP 24/7, only thing i noticed was a larger flaccid that would stay that way for sometime even after taking it off. Also took it off and only did a warm in the last couple of days.

This was really bugging me out, i was so excited and all, and all of the sudden i though that i have broken my dick...

So last night after the rest, was messing around with my balls and all of the sudden a rock hard, uff so i was right, i was only tired.

So i decided to get back in the game but take it down a notch.

So now i'm doing 2 days on 1 day off. No ROP for a while.

Started to do some light stretch in the morning while in the shower, usually im too tired or late in the morning so this is a good exercise for me.

I use a leg stretcher during the day without too much tension, want to work on my flaccid length as i seem to turtle a lot. I just got the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] and will be using that also as the leg stretcher. use it for about 6/7 hours, with a 15/20min break every hour or whenever it gets uncomfortable.

Seems to be working nice so far.

I didn't new about the reverse kegels, so i think i was also training the kegels too hard, and now i do this:

25 quick Kegels
25 Quick Reverse Kegels
25 quick Kegels
25 Quick Reverse Kegels

50 five second Kegels
50 five second Reverse Kegels i alternate each one, 5 sec kegel, 5 sec reverse kegel, 5sec kegel, etc...

30 second Kegel
30 second reverse Kegel
30 second Kegel
30 second reverse Kegel

Will be trying also the 2 days on one off, but if that is not enough i will do them every other day. I think they need their rest also.


At the evening im doing a 15min warmup, it really makes a difference here, then i do the DLD newb stretches but for only 1 rep. I do 25 kegels for every stretch also, with a 5 sec reverse kegel.

it goes like this:

5min warm up again ( should mention for warm up i found easier to fill up the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and just use it with no pressure, just holding the water in and every 2min or so, refill with warmer water).

5min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] low pressure ( about 40% erection - usually pump to mark 150)

5min jelqs and in the end 90 v-jelqs doing a side pull every 3rd.

So about an hour, not bad, but i might break it in two sessions.

Did this today, and feel great, jelqed at about 90% didn't need to kegel :)

One thing i also noticed is that i was gripping to hard, used a lighter grip and it was much more pleasurable.


I still struggling with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] but i think the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] will make it work, not much time to use it, so im trying to get 1 to 2 hours on.

one thing, how to you guys measure lenght? as in my pic i go with the ruler over the dick and press it there, but i see some guys doing it on the side, if i do it there i think i gain almost an inch.. which one do i use?

You are measuring length just fine. The important thing to remember is to measure from the same place each time.

So far it's being fun. :)

It's a very stressfull time of the year at work, so this as really been a nice ritual to get the worries out. I fell great at the end of each day after the work out.


So today was just rest.

Some things i have changed and have been trying out:

Wearing it right now, very comfortable. Still get some slippage. I would say so far it's a tie between this and the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words]. Will be changing between the two to see which one i prefer :)

One thing is that with the velcro im back at half the bars, with the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] i was already using them all after the first hour, so this is a good alternative until i get more bars :)

Ok nevermind what i said. After the first hour major slippage started to happen, discomfort was also worse. Tried for about half-hour to strap it again without success. Picked up the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words], 30sec bam.

So the winner so far is [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words]. Also been looking at penismaster pro upgrade kit, it seems a bit expensive but i might give it a try.

Great expansion, minimal fluid. I think if i don't pass the 7min mark and do my jelqs the fluid is almost non existent.

One thing, EQ is starting to get better, not that it was bad before, but sometimes had some troubles for the jelqs.

Ok, this is the log of the 27/07/12 since today (28) is rest day (almost lol):

So, morning work, warm up with hot water about 8min (this seems to be my magic number for warm up) stretch and hold for 25 kegels, left, right down, front, up. 20 cranks after every direction. One thing i think i never mentioned, heli shakes after every pull, always do a bit of those the loose things up.

Warm down with shower.

Leg strap on, same schedule, about 6hours with breaks every hour or so. Mixed in some light stretches after every break.

I think im back on track.

Leg strap on, about 6 hours also today. breaks in between, i have mixed a few stretches here also, do the same as above but for only 10 kegels. Them strap back again.

At home, did my regular stretch routine.

WIth surgery, in any case, it is all about references and being diligent in researching them. A shitty surgeon is like a bad artist, the medium can be perfect but the artist messed it up. One penis per man, don't risk the only one you have for desperate measures that may not measure up.

Also, i really need to step up on the kegel's, i need to start shooting it more, and less dribble, i think that will help with the post-ejaculation pain. Did about 2min medium pressure to start things up.

break for jelqs, used the leech oil, don't really like the smell or the fell, but it does seem to help a bit. So i decided to use it always for the first set.

2 set:

About 85% erect, 1min 170, 2min 185, 2min 190 :)

Ordered some universal sleeves to see if it helps with the pinching of the sides, it is starting to bother me. Also my left nut, seems to like the pressure lol, always trying to get in.

break for jelqs, used baby oil.

3rd and final set:

about 95% erect, 1min 175/180, 1min 185ish, 3min 190.

break and jelqs.

Put on a clamp for about 7min, then a ring for about 15min.

Today is rest day.

I'm back on the supplements, let's see how my body responds too all this.

One more thing, i don't know why but yesterday my skin felt a bit more elastic than usual, even on my arms... weird.

SOmething is better than nothing so get in what you can. I am sure you will eventually find a way to get it in. With everything else you are doing you will gain just fine but using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] will speed it up, so get what you can when you can.

I also had sex the day before, so i was not like a week full, i just edged for about 30min. But i still only dribble, and that sucks. I get maybe 1 1/2 shots, than the rest just flows....

That is still a good amount of Kegel work. I just never really stopped doing Kegels:) I just made it a habit to do them all the time. Killing flies? What are you taking Performer 5?

I actually found a couple of semanax bottles, i had ordered a while back they go bad the end of this month, so i decided to take them anyway. 1g glucosamine

Night:
1g cod liver oil
0.5/1g vit C +zin
sometimes add some aloe vera.

Im also taking some Melatonin, sometimes to help out sleeping.

So one of those things is working :P

OFC they are not all for this, i take them for a variety of things.

I could get away with the manual stretch at work, but i worry about the warm up, since my manual work got better from the regular warm up.

What do you think a good warm up could be, with only my hands as a tool? no warm water, no heat, etc...

Don't slack off too much, you have been doing so well, don't stop the momentum!

You can warm up with a simple massage and light stretch in all directions. Do this for a couple minutes and you are good to go, a very proper warm up.

I was under the impression you wanted to get your penis very warm.
If this truly works for a warm up I might do this for the morning portion for the stretching and keep my heating pad for the night time girth work since I feel it is a bit more intense.

Haven't tried it yet, but it will be my choice in the next coming days.

I was doing (and still am) 2 manual stretches a day. One in the morning (shorter) and a "heavier" one at night. Going to try and do the later in the afternoon at work. I've clocked it at about 20/25min. There should be no problem.

As usual every time i'm excited i go a bit overboard, but nothing special. Got a bit of fluid retention but by now it's almost all gone.

This time did:

3 x 6min.

Used baby oil and leech oil for one of the sets.

This resulted in going almost max very quickly which i think made me get a bit of fluid.
