"What you just said is if you take a day or 2 off you go back to normal girth. IMO girth work must be done everyday, even if it is only 10mins you gotta do it to make gains in girth." -Crazyed27

How accurate is this statment? Redzulu claims his girth came from every other day clamping?

So what is YOUR experience on girth gains? Not his or theirs but yours??? My accuracey comes from my experiences and doing the work.

Jeff did state that if he took a day or two off his girth gains would go away. Now I went thoriugh the same shit at one time and made myself do at least 10 mins of girth at a full erection position everyday, and it paid off. I got gains, both flaccid and erect while doing this type of routine. So who are you to question my experience?

BTW you gotta link to my mate REDZULU's quote you just spoke on?

DLD, I'm almost inclined to start a girth-busters routine....maybe stretching/jelquing on every other day.....with the girth busters on every other day? I think the girth busters may be the breakthrough that I need.

An incredible girth exercise that, in my opinion, only superseded by Slow Squash Jelqs.

Looking back I realized that I really "neglected" stretching. I never really gave it a real chance and my length gains were basically just from jelqing. What I think I"ll do now, instead of a deconditioning break..... is settle on a routine where I stretch (thoroughly) and jelq one day......followed by girth the next day,.....and so on and so forth.

Stretches will include most upward tunica (my LOT is around 8:30-9:00) and blasters for around 30 minutes followed by jelquing in the evening. The tunica stretch is where I pull basically straight up while getting into a "V" with my wrist as the fulcrum.

The next day, I'll do clamping for a 25 min. set....while clamped I"ll mix in some "squash" jelqs and do bends as well for about 30 seconds. I'll do a shorter session at night of either clamping or that flattening exercise that you can do on the toilet.

The clamp is just so much more comfortable for me than the manual girth stuff. It seems my expansion is better while clamped combined with the squashing and bending.

Sounds like a good plan. The Blasters should really increase your length gains big time. Keep us up to date.

A little hostile there crazyed. I wasn't criticizing or calling you a liar. It was an honest question. Sorry if it came off the wrong way. I wasn't thinking either was correct. I gained initially from everyday training but it was jelquing. When I do clamping like redzulu suggests in his writeup of every other day...I follow that advice.

My quote was "How accurate is this statement?" not "that's BS." I was addressing anyone else that has more experience than my 8 months like you and redzulu have. Just hoping for some feedback, not abuse.

And his write up is here...http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5913

Yeah, but the point is we can't smack each other and the only way to resolve issues is through debate and understanding. The internet gives a certain safety that allows for more intelligent conversation.

Instead of reacting we seem to type our post and proof read, then change it like 100 times before hitting the suBathmateit button. Which does really help even in stressful situations in real life face to face. Thus allowing you to grow more and more emotionaly.

Awwww seeing you guys be so senstive makes me want a big group hug. LOL ;)

I think what Jeff is saying has really helped me. I stopped doing stretches after new years. Gains went down. I think I need to add them back into my routine again and I'll see some change.

thanks for the insight Jeff.

Ha, ha,....you're welcome. I am still plugging along, but I admit, I am getting very frustrated with Penis Enlargement right now, and my mental state is not the best right now. There are so many exercises and I feel like I need to be doing them all! But, I only have about 45 mins. per day that I can really devote to this. Finding that elusive combo of exercises and work/rest days has been VERY upsetting for me. I have been tempted to scrap all the confusion and just do the newbie program from now on.

But, through all this, I am still trying, still plugging away.

Sometime the Newbie Program is exactly where a vet should be. It has a way of resetting Penis Enlargement for me. Gets me to become more focused.

Hey everyone, I'm a long time reader, first time poster here. I am seeking some advice on whether or not it would be a good idea to take a "break" from Penis Enlargement. Here is a summary of my history in Penis Enlargement:

I have been fairly consistent over the last two years with Dry Jelquing and very basic stretching. The last year or so, I have included supra slammers and clamping. I started at exactly 6" NBP erect length and 5" EG. Now, at last measure, I am just a tad over 7" NBP erect length, 5.25" at mid-shaft and just over 5.5" EG at the base.

For the bulk of the three years, I have not really followed an explicit plan, although I have been consistent with doing some combination of stretching, dry jelqs, and for the last year or so, clamping. When clamping I get up to 5.75" EG mid-shaft, but, honestly, I wish that would become my permanent measurement. For a long time, I would go six days per week with one day off. My dry jelqing sessions last up to 25 minutes with about 20 minutes of stretching before hand (straight down, straight up, A-stretches and V-stretches each held for 30 secs). Lately, I alternate this with my other days clamping. I am now up to 10-15 minutes of supra-slammers or dry jelquing, which is immediately followed by a 25 minute set in the morning, followed by a 20 min. clamping set in the evening. So, it's 3 days with the stretch/dry jelq and 3 days with the slammers/clamping routine. Girth and length gains have been slooow.

I feel as though I should have gained more over this time period and often get discouraged that I have done the exercises improperly, etc. My goal is, as it has always been, to get up to 8" in length and between 5.5" and/or 6" in girth.

I would really appreciate some advice on where to go now, how to shake things up a bit. Whether it means taking a de conditioning break, or simply just getting back to a very basic routine.

Thanks, DLD you've got a nice site here!

Taking a break from PE is good. It helps shock the penis into gaining again. There has been instances where some brother claimed to have seen some gains after resuming their training after a long break.

I agree, taking a break is a good thing when things start to slow down. But I believe a decon break should only be two weeks.
