You need to actively stretch. I'm working on a concept to help someone in your situation.Rude_God said:my foreskin is really tight...
All manner of creams and stuff I've tried haven't really helped

I had a circ at 30 and needed two emergency operations and ,even now, the effect is not wonderful! That said, I have no real regrets about having a circumcision even if cosmetically I do not pass muster...
The main problem is erections poist-op and stitches can come out.
The biggest difficulty is knowing how much tissue to remove.

I think that the same treatment would be recommended. Apply the steroid ointment or creme twice a day, and combine with frequent manual stretching.
You should be able to tell if it's helping within a few weeks.
ggogeta said:Basically you are saying the frenelum can be stretched permanently?

I used to have the same problem, until I tore my frenulum while having sex with a tight girl. It was scary and embarassing at the time and I worried I'd done some real damage. But it healed up perfectly within a day, and now there's no problem with it.
So maybe you just need to go rip yourself on a really tight girl! Beats stretching for hours on end....![]()

Though it heals, the band of tissue also often contracts due to the scarring which creates further problems !
I think our mutual friend is bullshitting ... Superman or what ?
Vectormatch said:There is a surgery to disconnect the frenulum. Not that it is without risk and loss of sensentivity. So, if it is ripped, it could be possible that it would heal the same way as the surgery would.
Nelly Gay said:You ought to try to save your fraenulum if at all possible as it is the most sensitive part of the penis and is full of rich nerve endings.
The fraenulum can be divided to lengthen it.
Most progressive surgeons will endeavour to keep your "banjo string" intact.

Proof of a good cut job? You can see my dink at my web site. I'd say my doctor did an expert job, too, but a mutilation done with precision is still a mutilation. He took half my sexual nerve endings and threw them in the trash.Nelly Gay said:Photographic proof, please !

No offense, friend, but I thought I was fine for the first 30 or so years of my life. The numbing is cumulative. Get back to us in 10 or 20 years.Anoxia4play712 said:it's been 5 months since my op and my glans is still sensitive!
It no longer accumulates. You still shed skin cells, and to an extent your skin still exudes the same emolients, they just rub off on your clothes and bedding.Anoxia4play712 said:smegma is no longer produced when the foreskin is removed...
You have to pardon my fascination with this. Let's completely ignore the state of your glans and remaining skin for now. So you're saying that the part that has been removed gave you no pleasure at all?Anoxia4play712 said:I have not suffered any problems since having my circ...it was probably the best decision I ever made!

You do realize that most intact guys would say that their frenulum must be the closest thing to a woman's clitoris that a man can know. You might know that Taylor et al have shown conclusively that over 50% of the nerve endings of the penis are in the part of the skin tube and frenulum that are removed in the typical circumcision. You most certainly formerly experienced the sensation of your skin rolling and unrolling (with manual stimulation) at the extreme point of the skin tube where the unique J-receptors reside (of which you would now have none). You don't miss the way a partner used to plunge his/her tongue between your skin tube and glans and swirl around, tickling two surfaces at once?
Despite the major problems post-operatively with my circumcision I too have no regrets about having the operation. I prefer the look of a circumcised penis and cannot understand the almost-biblical tirades that the pro-foreskin campaigners unleash.
My penis does not look "perfect" but at least the glans is fully exposed and that pleases me.
You do not have to have body dismorphia to have operations.
Some might question the men on this site (who all seem to have admirable dongs) continually "expanding their horizons".
I have heard of silicone injections to the shaft and scrotal sack ?!!
Like 80% of the world's men you had a perfectly normal penis, no hygiene difficulties, healthy as can be; and now after this amputation, there's nothing you miss?
It really defies belief. Are you for real? Have you ever been diagnosed with body dismorphic disorder or similar?
