i think its possible many circumcised guys have some instance of turkey neck just by the nature of what circumcision is (less foreskin.. additional skin will inevitably be borrowed from elsewhere).

who here had a bit of 'flap skin' where the scrotum meets the shaft even before Penis Enlargement?
