reminds me of a day in lab one day, we were doing weight training and I was wearing these cotton shorts from H&M. sorry i meant im squatting 4x/week, im doing smolov jr. Program last 3 weeks and its probably the toughest workout you can do for your legs, its a huge mental game with yourself haven't used a weightlifting belt yet but going to need it today, for example I'm doing my final workout today which is 275 for 10 sets of 3, which was my previous 1RM max 2 weeks ago.
You feel like mentally drained doing it and can't do any other leg work at all, since you're legs are really sore and joints hurt. I do some light upper body stuff on my days off, but you need to recover so you need to be eating and lots of foam rolling. But the strength gains are awesome and my legs have grown 1-2" would totally recommend it to someone who has the time
