Basically as title says. I started them yesterday in a just over semi erect state holding for 20 seconds and doing 10 repetitions.
Has anyone had results from using them along with Jelqing or does anyone feel they are hazardous?
At the moment i'm looking for exercises to supplement jelqing in my goal of getting as much girth as possible in 4 or 5 months.
 
Well i dunno about Squeezes...cuz im not doing it, i think they can do something to my 'precious' wich can be long term bad. As for girth that is my goal too, i think its how you do it not how long check this (DLD property!)

Step #1 : Visualization, Daily Goal
DLD: "Here is another tip I use... When I start I look at my penis girth and my wrist making a visual comparison... My initial goal is to get my girth as big as my wrist... THAT IS MY ONLY GOAL... once I am there, as silly and impossible as this sounds, I look at my ankle and try to get to that thickness... It, of course, does not happen but the visualization is incredible..."

Step #2 : Creating the Mood. Get Sexy
DLD: "I treat my session like masturbation ... is I pop in a really good adult entertainment and get myself 100% erect... Girth NEEDS to be highly sexual ..."

Approach the exercise as sexually as possible. As odd as it sounds, breathing and making a little noise like you are having sex makes the whole experience sexier. Anything else that gets you going and makes you feel sexy could be in line (thrusting hips, etc.) Make it enjoyable, like masturbation. Work your way up to a 100% erection.

Step #3 : Squeezing at the Base
DLD: "once I am there [100% erect] I will clamp off at the extreme base after I kegel as much blood in as I can... I squeeze my head to release that much blood out of my penis. I want about that much room to work with... I then have my shaft really hard and the glans is empty."

Right - Uli, but once there squeeze all the blood from the head. DLD : "don't worry about the head losing size... because my glans is gaining size."

Step #4 : Performing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]
DLD: "I will jelq up maybe an inch... Then I take my other hand, using the palm, and push down against the other hand... it is like the hand below is trying to jelq up while the upper hand is squashing the head and upper shaft against it... I will bend, squash, compress, push in all possible directions... I do this until I am at like maybe 80% erect... About 2 minutes... Then I will get myself hard again and repeat, switching hands..."

I think this is where the confusion started. When doing the jelq part, move the clamped hand up around an inch or so, and begin the compression with the other hand. Then, if it increases pressure, slide the clamped hand up the shaft *slightly* for the remainder of the ~2 minutes.

Yes, this is similar to Iso Comp Squeezes and Horsies, but you are using your palm/palm grip to compress, twist, bend, etc. until you get down to an 80% erection. Refer to the sexy step to be sure you are in the right mind state during the exercise.

DLD : "NO COUNTING... Remember, this is sexual... No counting... Not work, so treat it like masturbation."

Yes they are very beneficial. I attribute most of my girth gains not from jelqing but from squeezes (AKA as Uli's at Thunders). I would work up to 15 minutes of 30 sec sets b/c that's what I did. I'm too afraid of anything that bends the penis while erect and squeezes seem safer and make your erection 10x harder and thicker.
 
Would I be right in thinking that Slow Squash Jelqs are more effective than Isolated Compression Squeezes? After reading some threads on them both I know that DLD and many others hold the SSQ's in high regard.

I'll throw some in tonight in my girth work instead of the squeezes and see how it goes.


Oh, and is a Uli basically a ICS or is there a difference?

I've doing squeeze's for a long time now and the routine I'm doing involves lot's of squeeze's. I've gained a quarter of an inch in girth doing this routine for about two months and mainly I think it comes from doing the squeeze's. And I'm usually a hard gainer.

I do 6 days on and 1 off.
Day 1 & 2 I do:
200 jelqs, then I do 50 squeeze's( 5 sets of 10 at 5 sec. per rep execept for the tenth rep I hold for 20 sec.)
After that I do 3 sets of: 100 jelqs and after that do a 30 sec. DLD bend

Day 3 I double the load:
I do 50 squeeze's(same sets and reps as day 1 & 2)
Then I do 500 jelqs
After that do another 50 squeeze's(same reps and sets)
Then I do 5 sets of: 100 jelqs followed by a 1 minute DLD bend.

Day 4 & 5 same as day 1 & 2
Day 6 same as day 3

So each week you have done a total of 4000 jelqs and 400 squeezes and 8 minutes of DLD bending.

This routine leaves my dick with lots of red spots(ALOT) and the pump is amazing and my dick looks like an animal dick with all the veins popping out.

With that being said don't try this routine unless u are really familiar with squeeze's and know your limits.
 
Thanks icelex, I will actually give your routine a try and see how it goes in regards to intensity and if I get any injuries or not.

I'm not familiar with DLD bends, I take it i'll be able to find them on the forums or the members site somewhere.
 
I just finished up the routine and it feels like some great expansion is going on there. I wasn't too sure about how I should have done the Bend though, so I just held the bend for the 30 secs. Did you mean that, or constantly do bends and jelqs for 30 secs?

I also added 10 mins of clamping and edging, 10 mins rest, then another 10 mins of clamping and edging. Felt really good, great expansion and girth gain going on there.
 
It's hard for me to explain. Dont do one bend for thirty seconds. Just do as many bends as u can within 30 sec. Some times I'll do slow bends meaning one bend could take 8 sec. or do fast bends where one could take 3 sec. Hope that kinda helps. It's hard for me to explain but as long as you do the bends to evenly distribute blood then you are fine.
