Please, please! Next time you post measurements, use either inches or cm to define. Almost went overboard with your numbers, although the sense in me said "no no no!"

The best routine I have written is SRT because it leaves the ability to add intensity in many areas to keep gaining and healing with consistency. Even within the routine substitutions and replacements can be made to keep things fresh and productive.
