I forgot to mention this really keeps the turkey neck in check by keeping the scrotum pushed all the way and the base of the penis.

I'm going to try the velcro strap mod first and which from what many members suggest it's a lot better than the comfort strap method. I agree the comfort strap methid is not the greatest because no matter what I tried I usually got head slippage after a while wearing it and usually was only able to wear it around an 1 hour at a time.

If the velcro strap doesnt work as I hope I interested in this mod.

The velcro stap will work, it is pretty much universal too, any size flaccid will be tightly held in place.

i did a set of blasters and then put on my modification to your setup supra, my shaft and base are sore as hell.

I have a feeling alot of us who have trouble getting enough fatigue to make gains in the length department can use this method combined with some manual stretching throughout the sustained periods to make significant gains that were previously unavailable to us.

the setup i made i have only been using for about 4 days so in a month or so i will report in gains and stats from this new routine.

I'm not sure if you care which company you get the parts from, but apparently there's no shipping charge to the U.S. from this site: http://www.x4labs.com/penis-extender-spare-parts.php

I've never used them, so I can't offer any opinion as to their customer service or product. I will say, though, that their prices seem pretty high. $40 for 4 silicone nooses. I just priced 50' of silicone tubing for $35.

I want one with 4 slots. I don't think that that one has 4 slots. I probably have 2 slots att the top and the slim, long hole for the rubber strap.

Ahhh, I see! Could you drill the holes yourself? That would be a much cheaper way to go? The plastic is dense enough that it would not split.
 
I know that was what I was thinking about doing. Have some extra cheap front pieces that it might work with.

Will try to do that later.
 
Drilling should work. Make sure you grind out a starting spot with a knife or a sharp little jeweller's screwdriver first so that you get the holes in the right spot otherwise the drill bit is likely to wander.
