So in the other series of posts, i basically put what i had down in my journal onto the net mainly so as i could review what I did and how i logged it. Pretty lazy at times with keeping details which I will change in Phase two, so the story so far is that:
* I have gained 1/2 in Erect Length in about a month and a week
* Looks like i have gained a 1/4 inch in flacid grth
* I still need to measure and make a proper measurement for Erect Girth
My short term goals are:
6.25 NBPenis EnlargementL
4.75 Erect Girth
A quarter inch in both directions, can it be done in a month? I'll fuckin try!!
Todays Session
So like I said at the start of the last thread, i spent ages today working with a not very horny unit trying to get it to stay erect so as i could measure girth, for a load of reasons I wasnt happy with the way i measured and decided to leave it....HOWEVER, i got aroused from the constant stimulation and decided to do an impromptu girth session...
so instead of sitting up and looking at adult entertainment on the computer i decided to lie down and look up at adult entertainment on the computer....this really changed the dynamic for me and i started doing a type of erect jelq, holding the engorgement not with an ok grip but with my thumb and first finger and then with the other hand thumb and first finger pushing (jelquing) the engorgement to the head while kegeling and trying to keep as solid as possible, this seemed to be really good!!

I have two main questions to help me with putting together a program for phase two:
After a few reps of any intense girth exercise i find it hard to remain hard and fully engorge! Is this fatigue? Or am I just not horny enough for the session? Will this improve with time??
What is fatigue and how does it manifest with regards to intense girth exercises??
Phase Two
As standard I am going to do an hour intense stretching in the morning followed by 30 mins med - semi intense jelqs
Then in the evening I am going to try and do girth sessions: 30 - 40 mins max
With the intention of doing 1 exercise to absolute fatigue each time for example do sets of my new erect jelq and then do clamped edging OR do one exercise and then go to another and then do clamped edging
Any thoughts????
