So in the other series of posts, i basically put what i had down in my journal onto the net mainly so as i could review what I did and how i logged it. Pretty lazy at times with keeping details which I will change in Phase two, so the story so far is that:

* I have gained 1/2 in Erect Length in about a month and a week
* Looks like i have gained a 1/4 inch in flacid grth

* I still need to measure and make a proper measurement for Erect Girth

My short term goals are:

6.25 NBPenis EnlargementL
4.75 Erect Girth

A quarter inch in both directions, can it be done in a month? I'll fuckin try!!

Todays Session
So like I said at the start of the last thread, i spent ages today working with a not very horny unit trying to get it to stay erect so as i could measure girth, for a load of reasons I wasnt happy with the way i measured and decided to leave it....HOWEVER, i got aroused from the constant stimulation and decided to do an impromptu girth session...

so instead of sitting up and looking at adult entertainment on the computer i decided to lie down and look up at adult entertainment on the computer....this really changed the dynamic for me and i started doing a type of erect jelq, holding the engorgement not with an ok grip but with my thumb and first finger and then with the other hand thumb and first finger pushing (jelquing) the engorgement to the head while kegeling and trying to keep as solid as possible, this seemed to be really good!!

I also tried some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and seemed to get a really good amount of engorgement!!

I have two main questions to help me with putting together a program for phase two:

After a few reps of any intense girth exercise i find it hard to remain hard and fully engorge! Is this fatigue? Or am I just not horny enough for the session? Will this improve with time??

What is fatigue and how does it manifest with regards to intense girth exercises??

Phase Two
As standard I am going to do an hour intense stretching in the morning followed by 30 mins med - semi intense jelqs

Then in the evening I am going to try and do girth sessions: 30 - 40 mins max
With the intention of doing 1 exercise to absolute fatigue each time for example do sets of my new erect jelq and then do clamped edging OR do one exercise and then go to another and then do clamped edging

Any thoughts????

I know you have a disposition for adult entertainment but if used for Penis Enlargement it is very useful. If adult entertainment is totally out of the question then I suggest you get some Viagra or the like if you are having problems with EQ during girth work. You could also pick up a bottle of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]TITAN[/words] pills to use for your girth work if you want to stay away from medication,,,they work great and only cost 50¢ a day.

Fatigue is the feeling you get after training where the penis is sore. It usually is centered around the ligaments at the base of the penis.

Sounds good, just stick with it long enough to be sure it is productive.
 
Something else, when it comes to 'fatigue' from girth work, it usually makes your erections feel harder than they actually are. Sometimes they may even 'ache' some.

Big Dog, I have no problem with adult entertainment LOL. i use it almost everyday, i think its the intensity I'm trying to bring, i mean when I'm doing the horsesquezes the first couple I am really fucking doing it hard max intensity and then it seems to be diffficult / impossible to keep that up....will see how the next 2 months go and then def consider Viagra, or any other pills,
 
Day 1: Escape Phase 2 - Friday 23rd July
Well commrades, looks like the scientist isn't living up to his name, despite my best but weak intentions I didn't time my stretching session this morning
NOTE TO SELF: Get a fucking watch / alarm clock
so my intention was to follow...actually i dont know what it was when i was obsessing last night about the routine i would do in the morning, but i suppose something like i had done in the previous month: straight out stretches, straight down, behind the ass pulling down straight up etc.....

woke up with an erection, did some kegels in bed before sleeping night before
This morning I found myself experimenting with some other things....and i think I am gonna get a notebook and instead of allocate a time for specific stretches, i will use this month or whatever portion of it to try and understand my own penis, and what stretches i can get from it, I suppose aiming to to do at least an hour of stretching a day...and from that hopefully develop my own routine for length gains

Stretching today
Thought It hits me hard that stretching may be massively more productive in a proper REAL HOT sauna..

Anyway, so I think the whole session was over an hour
I started with hot water bottle on my groin to warm up
Then lying down doing a light straight out stretch, then transitioned into pulling it more and then easing it back, getting the sensation of tightening / stretch and then loosening and trying to get back to it a bit more, then transitioning to a straight down stretch, whilst also pulling up with my stomach to stretch the ligaments, more straight out stretching , bundlded stretches rotating in both directions ,
Then pulling penis up and in towards body like the opposite of DLD's rotary stretch, when doing this sitting up when i pushed in and up on the exposed part of the unit seemed to get more slack and then letting off the pressure the stretch was more intense...
stretched out while sitting up, stretched down
took the unit at mid point and then rotated the top bit both directions
took the unit at mid point and then pulled the head up
kinda massasged stretched it at different parts...need to note all these!

After stretching did 18 mins of jelquing felt this was really good and important!!

so woke up this morning with wood, i think when i initally wake up its there or not there and then go back to sleep for an hour or so its gone or is there, if that makes sense! lol, it does to me anyway..

Did a good bit of stretching the days before and was tired this morning really didnt feel like it, heres what I did:

oh yeah i did 10 mins or so moderate jelquing first cause i felt like it
HWB (hot water bottle) on groin 5+ mins
rotarty bundle stretch both sides
re-apply HWB
same
re-apply HWB
same
re-apply HWB

then i do it twisting in one direction with upward pull

I really think these rotary bundle stretches can help, getting the tissue as hot as possible is probably important and then maybe intensifying the upward pull, what lotions / creams / herbs could I apply either while doing it or after??? Also what stretch exercise should follow??? doing them with a semi erection seems like a good possibility to get more of a stretch too, again heat would be key, maybe that lamp thing people are talking about on the other site, def in a sauna this would work...

FUCK since the last time i got the ruler out its still not really going above a flacid stretch straight out of more than 6 and 1/2 inches!! this kinda kills my enthusiam for the session...

try and sense where the sensation is when you reach the limit with this stretch and what parts of the unit are preventing more pull??? maybe talk to them ask them what they need to be able to stretch out??

do this a few times, pulling up with my lower ab muscles to greater the stretch on the ligs....
from kneeling position i semi bundle the unit and stretch down, seems to be a good potrntial stretch
I then pissed off (it was a whole hour too) abandon session
Think i did some 20 mins of jelquing....
 
today continued

...so after getting back from being out of my Lab, where all i did was obsess about how to better stretch,,,,anyway,,,,I hadn't planning on doing a girth session but I started messing aroundwith my unit and paid specific attention to the head getting it as big as possible...

found that there seems to be lots of different ways to enlarge the head,
pushing in blood by keeping a tight grip near the base and then kinda pushing it in and then letting it out
doing the same but holding it and not letting any out
doing the same and kegeling
doing the same but closer up to the head
doing the same and then using finger of the other hand to push in at the sides beneath the head,
doing the same and then using fingers of the other hand to push about a half inch beneath the head

---- felt i was able to get some good expanison, though after the first few goes the head didnt seem to be as strained, and as time went on maybe 45 mins maybe 30 {Shit use the clock} it seemed harder to get the head bulging, however i did find that engorging up into the head grip close toward the head (actually even further down too) and then beginning the horse squuez procedure just a bit at the top and holding it did get the bottom part of the head pretty enlarged....

Think it would be good to work a head specific element into a program when one evolves, would be excellent to have a massive head!!!, also maybe that would draw more blood into / through the unit!!

anyway was able to do this quite intensly and got relitevely good expansion in the top part where the head is squashed into the base...did a few reps of these, seemed to be re-able to get erection and go again, taking maybe 15 - 20 seconds to go from firm to squash, need to work more on these,
saw some bruising on the unit afterwards...

No kegling as yet today.....
 
Burning the notes!!
Totally pissed off by my constant obsessing, all my notes are completely illegible and not dated, and have olive oil all over them (lol!)
I'm getting rid of them...
so from my head these are the important things,
being doing a minimum of an hour - 2 each day except today and yesterday when i went to meet the girl I'm seeing

* Overhand stretch is good, dunno how much of the internal penis is coming out tho, or whether its just pulling at the tissues at the base or both, need to pay attention to where the strain is...
* Through the clamp is really good, seem to be able to pull the lower penis, bit with hair an inch or so out!!! only fuckin problem is that its crushing my tiny right ball, cause thats been pulled up and when I'm trying to pull that lower part of the unit the ball is pressed against the clamp - soultion??? stretching it constantly to get it down? surgery to allow it to hang lower and away from the penis shaft?? i dunoo something its intefering with my ability to really get the unit pulled out - however even with the limit there is still a good stretch,
* doing it from sitting up position and pulling the unit down over the bar is good, same problem happens tho
* straight down between ass is amazing stretch, really feels like the ligs are stretched a lot
* need to do more side to side and rotations
* find away of making your own [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] type thing so you can stretch from behind the balls, think this is key!!

- Get a copy book, write in shorthand and write legibly!
do the stretches you know are effective FIRST! and then experiment

started doing Breath of Fire Kegels, sniff in real hard with nose with each kegel, seems good,
the day before
unit felt fatigued after having sex, came home
and did a girth session

today 28th July!
so did some kegels in bed before sleep, experimenting with holding breath and breathing in different ways during the contraction and release...

Not a great sleep, no wood this morn,

Did an impromptu Girth session, trying lying down and doing the 2 finger erect jelqs, started with normal jelqs getting into arousal, wasnt super horny this morn, more tense i suppose cause didnt come yesterday or the day before, BETTER to do girth when horny as possible, well session lasted about 45 mins in total, was able to get a good few of these jlqs out BUT did notice that I wasnt able to get as much pressure and expansion going up the unit, maybe this was because wasn't horny enuf to maintain constant erect. Did a few without holding the kegel, without holding it the expanison was ok but not a lot, and kept kinda pinching at the base when pulling up, (note to self unit totally goes to the side too, kinda twisting, notice this with normal jlqs too- position of my legs) able to get more expansion and pressure when holding the kegle but this is hard going...today thought maybe this exercise isnt as good as i imagined last time,,,,inbetween i did almost erect jelqs, good maybe sghould do more of these - head looked big,,,also then did jelquing from the extreme base below balls up, did this as jelqs up, but skin being pulled kinda interfered, however got really good expanison - towards the end did these while stimulating the head, also jelqed from extreme base into base and held top so as to compress that lower area, seemed to work really well, can see from today that to get more expansion need to jelq all that mass from low down up into unit small tight up close to dick balls interfering with it tho!
its gonna take a while to master this shit
came loads and massaged into unit hoping to nourish it!

ok, 5 good things about todays session!:

1) was able to do more of those erect finger jelqs than before
2) found that i can with some difficulty jelq from the extreme base and though its difficult i can jelq up and get more engorgement
3) found a way of increasing mass near base,
4) head looked bigger / shiner / kinda different possibly from yesterday
5) realized that erect jelqs without super max pressure maybe good, also with two hands to maximisze engorgement
