I used to Penis Enlargement and participate on this forum for about an year ago and not gaining girth eventually led me to stop.
By the way... it's good to see that some familiar faces are still around. :)

Well, the fact is that I really want to restart and I'm here humbling asking you for some advices... if you have the patience to read my story, I'll be very, very grateful (I promise to keep as short as possible)...


Well, here it goes: I started P.E. with mainly girth concerns, I was 6" (and I'm still 6") at the base and was looking for at least 7".

I did 4 months of VERY commited work with no results AT ALL. On the other hand, in length, I gained close to 0.8" with basically manual stretches.

First thing that came to me when I saw I couldn't gain at the first month was, despite the terrible feeling of 30 days of labor at the garbage, "I did something wrong, let's change it". Well... I changed, focused my mind on intensity, grip, etc. and... nothing. And so on for the next 2 months, which led me to quit P.E.. I was devastated.

I know some of you guys might say that close to 0.8" in lenghth is far from "garbage" but I would really exchange that gains for half of that in girth if I could. =/

That's pretty much of it and I would like to ask if you have something to say/suggest about it and plus a few questions; ANYTHING you say will be more than helping to me...


1- I'm looking desperately for girth altough I wouldn't mind gaining some more length; what do you suggest? Do you think it would do good to just work on girth first and then length? I wouldn't want to keep getting longer while not getting thicker...

2-Clampers gain. It's VERY hard to find measured pictures from those who gained girth with their own hands but clampers are much easier. So there's something about keeping your dick in a constant blood flow/filling that makes it grow. I don't want to start clamping because I think it's too dangerous and don't want to spend at least 6 months of sweaty work just to start clamping (it's not for the lazyness, it's just that I believe that I must be doing something wrong, which leads me to my final question:

3-While in P.E. my girth was getting further and further at the end of the sessions but my dry girth would still the same. Some posts I read suggests that the tunica was getting flexible but not remodeled since the expansion was only for a session time. Do you think I might have developed some kind of this flexibility that will make it harder for me to gain in the future?

I'm wishing to restart P.E. but now doing ADC (all day clamping) to keep my dick full for an extra time and see if it grows. Do you have any advices on that? Size of the ring (clamp), time, etc.? Also... I live in Brazil and don't know if most of you guys are from the U.S.A., but do you know how can I get some Cable Clamps to get here?

Oh! I was just forgetting... my workouts were basically a follow up of standard newbie routines. Basic stretches progressively increasing time through the weeks/months (I don't recall how much exactly, sorry) and wet jelq (which I traded for dry with no differences) for 30 minutes. From 2 days on, 1 day off to eventually all days on.


That's pretty much of it... I really want to rejoin P.E., participate, help, everything, so... anything you say, anything... will be of great help to me.

The fact that you only did Penis Enlargement for 30 days and considered all of the above suggests that you're overcomplicating issues. Beginners shouldn't be concerned with clamping and specialized exercises- they should be concerned with developing a strength base and just getting the hand of their exercises.

I would suggest restarting a basic routine and, once you've passed that stage, start focusing on regular forced progression using pure girth exercises like squeezes. Prioritize them above your length work, and you'll see more girth gains. Don't forget to always do a thorough warm up/cool down to ensure maximum tissue stretch, and [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] work to drive as much blood as possible to your penis.

I am starting again too. I am going to start with the Newbie Workout and progress into more intense workout. It has been more than a year for me too.

What you're telling me to do is exactly what I did (I already began P.E. focusing my efforts on girth): started with a basic routine and progressively advanced (wet jelq-wet jelq+isolated compression squeezes-dry jelq+isolated compression squeezes+toilet compression squeezes, etc.). The fact is that my girth didn't change a bit (not even a tiny bit).

I always warmed up, stretched, warmed again, girth trained, and then one more warm down and always had plenty of rest before the training.

The thing is... this type of training must be wrong (or, at least, for my penis to grow in girth). I don't quite believe in magic P.E., so, in 4 months of almost every day work, if the girth remained the same and the length improved, I know that I'm doing a good length training but not a proper girth one.

This is why I'm willing to try something different, either it's clamping, ADC, IPR theory, I really don't know what to do... the only thing I know is that hardcore everyday work just won't do for my girth (it did for my length, thou).

The NEWBIE is a great way to start. There are some exercises that will really condition your penis for more intense workouts.

I started Penis Enlargement doing 5 minutes of basic stretching and 10 minutes of jelqing; I progressively added time and exercises to my stretching (new directions, A-Stretches) and girth routines (progressively added isolated compression squeezes along the jelqing time, toilet compression after, switched wet jelqing for dry...).

If you cut yourself, a whole process of cicatrization begins, etc. If you do this, that, anyway, ANYTHING you do will make your body react.

Having that said, let's put Penis Enlargement in the arena. If we believe that we can direct our penises reactions into a growth factor (either in length and girth), this means that there is something we can do to make it grow.

If my penis NEVER had any kind of external stress, either mechanical or chemical, and I put some, it will react. My first reaction (at least the ones that I could see) after my girth sessions, for instance, was an increased volume caused by I don't know what &#8212; maybe fluid, maybe blood, maybe both. After my stretching, a kinda longer flaccid penis.

If I added stress to my penis (and I believe that a mechanical stress can make it grow) and it didn't responded the way I wanted, the OBVIOUS thing is that I didn't do quite the right thing for it to respond in the desired way. It surely responded, but not just quite the way I wanted.

O.k., so what can I do? If my penis was new to Penis Enlargement, it was suposed to grow at least a little bit, since the stress was going to cause some newbie gains. Even the smallest ones I must say. So o.k., I'm not growing, not having any newbie gains, maybe I already have a super-conditioned penis from I don't know where, so, what can I do? Following this line of thinking, I should try to add more load to my penis so it can react (since it's super-strong). I did, and it didn't worked. And I kept doing it and it wasn't working, day after day, so, I ended up in what I guess was kind of a standard routine which gave me no gains. I was squeezing my penis further it's original limit every day for 35 minutes and it wasn't responding the way I wanted.

Having all that said, I think it's silly to think that I should keep adding more and more load (time and stress) to my workouts. It's unrational, it actually makes no sense... I would eventually end up doing Penis Enlargement for 1 hour, 2 hours, conditioning my penis to Penis Enlargement, not to grow. Makes more sense that I should either change the type of stress and/or the time/duration of it to LESS since the hardcore everyday wasn't producing any gains.

That's why I'm willing to try clamping or/and ADC (with cockrings) to see if my penis grow. Maybe the fact that it will stay more time in an expanded state (with adc, for instance) will make it grow. Maybe the almost complete depravation of oxygen in clamping will, I don't know; what I do know is that training everyday more and more (with my hands) makes no sense since I did that and couldn't grow. Maybe I try this IPR theory, I don't know... if you could give me a light...

If I start clamping, anyway, I will start very slow... when I jelqed I used to squeeze my dick completely, as hard as a clamp...
 
I just skimmed your long post, but here is my take, if I read it correctly. I would spend less time and focus on intensity, whatever techniques you adopt.

I remember PMing you one year ago, asking if you squeezed your dick as hard as you could — and you said yes as long as I can remember.

Well, I'm from the same school. I remember getting exhausted after my sessions... but I really think the key must be something else. Just lowering the time I think won't do it, really... because somewhere when I began, I began with a low amount of time and that didn't made my penis grow.

Maybe I should raise the time in-between sessions [2 days off, 1 day on (sounds lazy but as I explained above, it's completely irrational to keep pushing my heavy training further and further, it's not a matter of dedication)] but, again, I think the key is something else. My guesses are ADC or clamping I must say.

Do you have any experiences with that?

The key is to find a balance between doing too little and doing too much.

Quantity doesn't make up for quality! You don't need lots of exercises in one session to make your penis grow. Many men make the mistake of thinking that if a little is good then more is better. Look at your initial post where you stated "On the other hand, in length, I gained close to 0.8" with basically manual stretches" this should tell you something- that doing more is often detrimental. From appearances, you were doing SEVERAL movements for your Penis Enlargement per day. I'm amazed you didn't hurt yourself!

You've been recommended to go back to the basic routine. I definitely agree, and this time you should focus on adding reps and intensity (not exercises) slowly but regularly to force gains. Keep accurate records and regularly try to best the previous workout.

A good Penis Enlargement workout can consist of as little as:

-A thorough warm up

-One good girth exercise

-One good length exercise (maybe an extra finisher exercise to target ancillary ligs or the tunica- you can also rotate exercises from session to session)

-A small amount of specialized work (e.g.- glans increase) a couple of times a week

-Stamina work

-Cool downs

You'll get more out of a workout like this and you'll spend less time doing it.

This is vital if you're on an enlargement program since you're going to need more blood as your penis gets larger. Think of it as needing a bigger engine for a bigger car. I'm really just about to restart Penis Enlargement, it is motivating to see some sound and wise advices.

I really never did too many exercises... for girth it was basically jelqing+isolated compression squeezes (1 hold of 30sec-1min. at each 5 minutes or so I guess). Toilet compression squeezes was just a width finisher sometimes. The truth is I never went to advanced exercises because never gained from the basic ones. =/

I would just like ask you one more thing:

What has worked for you in girth? I mean... at what point you started to notice: "Damn, finally I found the right spot!" (and, of course, how much have you gained from where you started and how long it took you)

P.S.: Oh, I was just forgetting... while in Penis Enlargement I used to do a lot of kegels and had all of the Positive PIs. That's why when I began I saw Penis Enlargement like a blessing and that that temporary girth gains would eventually become permanent. Never had any pain or negative PIs except for the discoloration I got from dry jelqing (I'm uncircumcised, so, that was keeping blood in the same place of my skin for 30 minutes) =/.

P.P.S.: Do you know how can I get some Cable Clamps? I'm really desperate to buy some but don't have any other reliable place to ask for that kind of information/help, so...

I would have to say the squeeze. Jelqing didn't do much for my girth at all, so I had to come up with something that targeted pure girth- and the squeeze was born.

I know about the site, I don't know how to get these cable clamps to where I live (Brazil, S&#227;o Paulo).

Can you send it for me or do you know somebody who can? I can send you the money somehow (credit card?) plus whatever you think is fair and/or needed for this service/favor.

You can purchase them online on this site: http://www.alliedelec.com/search/se...Cable+Clamps&Ntk=Primary&sid=11DAEFAE5680&i=0. If there are no pics displayed for the clamp you want, do a search for some pics using the product name/number on google or ask the weBathmateaster to send you images.

According to their shopping cart, they can send your purchase to Brazil.
