Well, i have started Penis Enlargement seriously today, had a shower as my warm warm up and did 30 minutes worth of streches however i spent most of the time trying to get the grip right although i did get a few good streches, this week will be more conditioning than actually gaining.

Only had time to do a 10 minute strech session before i went to bed last night and a 10 minute jelq session during the afternoon, however even with such a short jelq session, my penis did feel worked for around half an hour.
 
I recommend more realistic goals. Don't get ahead of yourself. I would set one goal at a time. Goodluck with everything. Penis Enlargement WORKS!!

The first two i will do for the first two months (until December 1st), after December 1st i will add in the second two.

I will measure every two months on the 1st, so this should at least take me through the next four months at which point if i am gaining i will carry on for another two months (and so forth every two months) until i plateau at which point i will use a more advanced exercise which i will have obviously found out by that time.

My current stats as in my signature are 6.4*5*4.2 (BP*EG*FL) with an eventual aim of 9.6*7.6*7.2 (not bothered about cementing the girth figure, i just want to hit it so my actual will be about 7.2).

Any advice on how long it may take or advice in general, please send it this way.

I actually changed the age thing a while ago so anybody doing the math would have been able to figure it out but as it is 18 in the UK, i was actually not strictly legal for less then 18 months, that said i personally think of Penis Enlargement as more improving your body than adult entertainment and everybody is fine to look up different ways to alter their musculature frame, the penis should not really be any different.

Also, at what stage do you think i should add in slow squash jelqs, or should i replace another exercise with it? Final question is whether you can think of any other manual length exercises (though i suppose jelqing gives you length anyway as well as girth), or any that would focus on the flacid penis?

I did some rotary stretches as well however i need to watch a video of them because i could only do 7 rotaries.

I do have a few questions though...

1) Does it matter that i jelqed before streching?

2) Is the ache at the bottom of the penis the morning afterward a good sign?

3) Is the head of the penis supposed to be huge when jelqing?

Just recorded my BPFL and it is exactly the same as my erect length of 6.4. Not too surprising as Penis Enlargement has been limited thus far.
 
I don't think it's bad to jelq before stretching. I think it's just done the other way around because guys use lubricant to jelq which would make stretches difficult get a good grip.

I dry jelq anyway, pretty good erection quality when i watch adult entertainment.
 
Question regarding the LOT theory.

I know that essentially the higher your LOT, the stronger your ligaments (hence guys with high lots should make good gains with stretching).

My question is, as you gain from stretching, will you LOT lower as i still want my penis to stick out so to speak?

LOT makes little difference when you can change your LOT using Expressive Stretching. The idea is to put the penis in the position to make gains from all directions. If LOT or your exit point prevents you from making certain gains then change your LOT!

I normally tend to go for big outlandish end goals however when it comes to Penis Enlargement and my body in general i have decided that because of the time frames involved, i should set much smaller targets to go for and give me some kind of treat when i reach them.

Not quite sure what Penis Enlargement related treat i could give myself though.

Well in the past 6 years for example i have put on about 10 stone, so i have said to myself that for every half a stone i lose i can have fish and chips from the chippie and for every stone i lose i can have a kebab.

I made some changes to my total routine for a start...

1) I removed Clamped Horse squeezes as i prefer to dry jelq and found these exceedingly difficult without lube

2) I removed the rotary stretches as i just could not get the hang of them

I have however altered my plan...

I have noticed reading around that some people gain much better from certain exercises than others while others gain more from certain exercises that other people may gain a lot from. Thus i am trialing each of my exercises to see which has the most impact on me..

Months 1+2
Month 1 - Stretches
Month 2 - Stretches plus DLD Blasters

Months 3+4
Month 3 - Jelqs
Month 4 - Jelqs plus Slow Squash Jelqs

Months 5+6 - All combined

Whichever set of exercises gives me the greatest increase in length and girth will be the one i go with for the following 6 months.

The good news is that i have done the stretches in full every day this month aside from three as the ligament ache was too sore.
 
Ignore my plan for month 1-4 as i have decided to go the whole hog from the beggining.

Did 300 jelqs today and 10 Slow Squash Jelqs.

Building it all up.

Fatigue is a sign of good work but sometimes good work will not bring fatigue. I always assume fatigue means growth but there are times I gain without soreness at all.

Indeed, i am great believer that aches/soreness is good and sharp pains are bad.

I would imagine that the longer you Penis Enlargement the less sensations you get as your brain starts reading the signal as normal.

Just a note to say that i have not been able to Penis Enlargement regulaly or post on here because i have been at my parents for christmas. I am going back to uni on sunday so will be back and active on the forum.
 
Been testing myself trying to find out what the minimum requirement is to get the ache (going to go to a full routine from 1st March now i have the time).

So before Christmas i noted that 300 jelqs and 10 slow squash jelqs was enough to fatigue me, last week i tried 100 jelqs and 10 slow squash jelqs which did not.

As for my routine from March i plan to do 10 slow quash jelqs for every 100 jelqs (starting at 200/20) and increase the number of jelqs by 100 every week to 1000 so in about 3 months my girth routine will be 1000 jelqs and 100 slow squash jelqs. Once i plateau i will then transition fully to slow squash jelqs. As for stretches i plan to do two sets of the manual stretched from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] in addition to two sets of DLD Blasters (one DLD Blaster per set). I will then increase this by a set a week to 10 and then eventually transition to all DLD Blasters.
 
Well i'm back.

Money woes and my laptop finally dying (it was several years old) meant that i was at my parents from May until yesterday so Penis Enlargement was put on the back-burner (annoying as i was just starting to get into routine and my form was perfect).

I scrapped this many moons ago.

I eventually opted to build up by 100 per week to 1000 jelqs and then start replacing those jelqs with an extra 10 slow squash jelqs every week upto 100 so that eventually (in 20 weeks) i will be doing 900 regular jelqs and 100 slow squash jelqs. I envisage that if anything i may have to slow down the jelq increases as 200 at the moment is sufficient to feel an ache the following day but that is the goal and if sustained i believe will deliver considerable increases (i've also noted that many of the big gainers like yourself all did tonnes of jelqs).

Stretching will be a mixture of the regular [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] ones and DLD Blasters but thats a lower priority.
 
If I understand this correctly, you'll be doing 900 jelqs per week = 300 jelqs per 3 sessions, or 128 jelqs per day? Or are you trying to aim for 900 jelqs and 100 SSJs per session? Either one is interesting.

I think when I first started out I tried counting how many I could do before getting tired, but nowadays I'm content with just doing 200-300 jelqs per session, without counting the total I've done by the end of the week. It's less about finding the magic number that'll increase your growth and more about doing just enough that you won't overtrain, but you feel like you've jelqed enough to increase your size.

Gotcha... Id say just get a new phone. Most new phones have cameras that are just as good as most digital cameras.
As for your stats, are those from 2011? Cause Nov 2012 isnt here yet :P.
Also its always good to remeasure.
I did so after making a new account and a year off of Penis Enlargement and gained without knowing it (nearly an inch)
