On the 14th of July is my measurement day both for flaccid and erect length and I'm going to smoke marijuana to enable me get the best erection and loose balls sack. I will do my best to take pictures and send to you via email so you can help me upload it on my progress log. I will get a wooden ruler and make sure I cut off the .25 inches mark at the beginning. I really need to post a picture on my log, it's looking like a joke without a picture.
 
The OP provides some excellent advise in the title. In the same way that it's a bad idea to weigh yourself daily/weekly it's far better just to press on for some months and weigh at quarterly intervals since your time horizon is also long term.

Measure too much, just like weighing to often can be discouraging. Best to go 90 days to see a good change.

I only measured with a ruler one the first day of my routine and that was January 14th. I was suppose to measure with a tape but I used a ruler which has an extra .25 at the front before the inches. So come 14th of July a tape measurement will do justice for me.

Yes that is very certain. I remember measuring on the very first day I started this journey (January 14th this year). I used the plastic ruler that came with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] and forget it has an extra .25 at the beginning. I measured bone pressed on a upward curved penis and saw 6.8. So I want to believe if I had used a tape, I would have seen at least 7 inches in length. So come July 14th, if I measure with a tape I will be very very close to 8 inches length

What do you think?

I could never get a good measurement with tape except in girth. I only measure with a wooden ruler rounded off as I said, this way I can press with the most force.
