Doe anyone pump for over 20 min? I know the recommendation on here is sets with jelqs to reduce water retention. However i love how fat my dick is after pumping for 25 min straight and the water retention is just temporary and it's usable in the short term being that you can use the extra girth pre sex. I am able to pump more water out about every five minutes as my dick expands and I work up to 190 on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hurc[/words] by the end. Just wondering if anyone else has had success with pumping for over 20 minutes and if so how long do you go?
 
In the past I have done 3 back to back 20 minute sets in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. The fluid build was so bad I had a hard time removing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. The donut got stuck in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] when taking it off. I was going to go back in for a fourth set, but couldn't put the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] back on. At the time I was experimenting with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] to see what it could do if used for a long time.

Filling it up sounds good but sounds like you got too much water huh? Guess it's about finding the balance of the correct time
 
I go over 20 mins when I do pump with the dp-4000 with a setting that peaks about 3hg. If I'm higher I go a shorting periods.
 
Hmm, pure expansion is what matters here in the PE game, water retention, while a good temporary visible expansion, it is not something that is very good to have... Good thing you experimented to see what/how it works, but I think that if you get a bad donut effect, then just reduce the time a bit, add some SSJs and go on. :)

Agree and the best way to deal with this is using the 5x5x3 routine where you will Pump for 5 minutes and then jelq for 5 minutes and repeat 3 times. Going full out for 20 minutes in the pump will bring a great deal of expansion but it will be mostly water retention, while using the method offered above will bring even better expansion with little retention, the expansion comes from the tissue enlarging. This is what most men are using today and making great results. But in some cases men like the retention as a sort of ego boost, but in the long run you want this expansion to be permanent and this needs to happen with tissue expansion.

It has also been thought by Supra that discoloration in pumping comes from longer sets of pumping and that breaking these sets down to smaller sets like the 5x5x3 allow the same expansion with little color issues.

When I was experimenting with extra long high pressure sets. My fluid fill dick was something the guys over at Newart would be proud of. It also scared the shit of of my wife the first time I pumped like that. I haven't done that too much. I was mainly looking for the right pressure and time before fluid would set in.

I just measured today and I was an easy 7.25 length and 6 base girth. If I can get even better results with sets then I'm sure I'll hit my 8x6 goal. Started at 6x4.75. It's insane the amount of pure expansion you get from pump sets and jelqs. I had to hold off on the SSJs due to doing them wrong and some bad bruising. Now when pumping I do some massaging and dry jelqs in between sets.
 
I've never enjoyed getting a lot of fluid retention. I do 5-7 minute sets. I get no water retention when i do this. Have these long sessions had a negative impact on you EQ??
 
I don't pump like that anymore. It was only to find the perfect pressure and time in the tube before fluid would happen. There are so many variables to get get it it right. The 5x5x3 is the best route to go. EQ with fluid is terrible.the few times I pumped like that, I put on a cockring to get better eq for having sex. The wife said the donut was distracting as that is all she could feel.

With the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hercules[/words] I would get a 6.5 inch mid shaft and 7 inch donut. 100's of men can't be wrong. I know it seems like pumping for long sessions seems smart because of the great retention that you get but retention is not tissue gain, it is retained water. When the 5x5x3 routine is tried most men see that there is total tissue expansion with no retention and that this is the goal. Don't be scared of the short sets, they work the best.
 
I will try this next month. At the moment I want to see the difference. I am trying non-stop this month for one hour, next month I will try the short sessions. Although I am sure I will still be doing it for one hour total.

As for my EQ, it has not had a bad effect on my EQ.

Since I met a girl on craigslist, she likes to give me blowjobs every now and then, I asked her on my eq.

When I 1st started she told me it did feel kinda soft but still fully hard (mid feb). Now she says its extremely hard. No softness at all.

I personally feel I have good eq.

Just keep really good track of your history through this so you will know for sure what is working best. Happy for you that EQ is good and your libido is high, that is definitely a positive thing, and it doe not hurt to have a woman tell you!
 
The only problem is 553 takes twice as much time. It's gonna be hard for me to get 40 minutes to do that. Maybe I'll try to do it every other day and just pump the other days

So cut it back a set to 5x5x2, this will still bring great expansion and secure future gains. Of course the more time you can spend in PE the better but most men do not have the schedule to get hours of PE in a day. Most men need to make a custom routine that fits into their schedule. I would rather see you do a little and stick with it than do a lot that you can not maintain. Success needs to fit into our lives!

You are clamping down with both hands, the upper hand uses the heal of the hand to create the squash. So basically fill your penis with as much blood as you can clamp off at the extreme base and clamp off just below the head, now, using the heal of the upper hand compress the tissue between the hands. It is good to move in a circular motion while compressing as this adds to the expansion.

You are right, every guy is different. Keep in mind that over pumping can cause discoloration too so that would need to factor into a guys training. I love the 5 minute sets with the Slow Squash Jelqs as it brings consistent tissue expansion every time and this is what brings girth gains.
 
I'm into longer pump sessions now days. The 553 takes too much time, so that gets tossed in like every third session or so. I like to clamp after a pump session too. I've been messing around with long sessions of pumping, 20-30 or so, and then clamping or ballooning after which I like.

The 5x5x3 is only a general guideline, it can be made up in any time position or rep count. Some men may be able to handle 10x10x2 for instance or maybe others are more prone to something like 3x3x5, etc. The value in the routine is balancing pumping with jelqing to optimize gains and healing and avoiding retention.

Pretty much. Only a very slight amount. For me I only start to get big fluid at about 15 min straight. If I keep it to 10 or less then jelq I only get a very slight amount

Im a newbie and I'm starting to feel as if the 553 isn't long enough for a session. I really do not care about discoloration at all. I had in mind to stick to 553 and increase time in increments after a solid month. I don't care for faster results. I just want to ensure that Im doing effective routines.

Well I think I have been past that many times with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hercules[/words].
But I think the recommendations are lighter there.

If you're using enough pressure 5 min / 3 sets should be more than enough.Don't play with these things,it's dangerous for a newbie.Stick to 5 min for the next 2-3 months and then add another 1-2 min and it'll be something like 7 min / 3 sets.Etc.Bad things could happen and discoloration is not the worst one.
