I have not come across this excercise but kind of stumbled onto it by accident when having problems with the Supra Slammer's. Well, I see no real problem with the Slammers just that I have a huge problem not blowing my load even when kegeling my hardest to prevent ejaculation. I am still getting better and better at edging but every now and then some dribble comes out but if I try and do the ULI part of the Slammer well then Mount Vesuvius erupts (well maybe not Mount Vesuvius, but I have to give myself some motivation).
So anyways, this may or may not be a safe excercise and I have been doing it the last three days so no result as to if it helps with permanent girth yet, but girth for me has not kept pace with length gains, probably in large part because I either do too much or do not blow it up enough with enough intensity to really stretch the inner tissues. Or I could just be a hard gainer when it comes to girth or maybe I have had decent girth gains but since I never measured my girth when I first started Penis Enlargement, it could just be my mind playing tricks on me.
So here is the unnamed excercise that I stumbled across yet PLEASE do not flame me for stealing this excercise from someone else if this happens to be some other person's excercise that I am just ignorant of because that is not my intention at all.
(1) Jelq or whatever you do to warmup the penis and get a decent pump. No erection, just a good pump.
(2) Using either a cock ring, cable clamp, or some constricting device at the base (I use plastic cable ties you can buy at the grocery store) with the appropriate amount of constriction that allows you to balloon significantly larger than without a constriction device, yet does not risk injury. I have already had one thrombrosed vein doing clamping/constriction excercises several months back, so this is totally subjective and it might be a good idea for this excercise to take it easy at first and not constrict too tight or better yet don't use any form of constriction at all and then go from there.
(3) Masturbate slowly till you are about ready to blow. You don't want to go too fast or else you won't get your dick fully engorged with blood beyond its normal point of engorgement. Though I am not a veteran like some of the guys here, I think they generally do the same thing or else do whatever they can to keep their erections high.
(4) Now, this is the most important part and takes some skill and quickness. Keep masturbating past the point of no return till you have about 1-2 seconds before your first eruption occurs. Don't bother kegeling to hold it back but instead quickly take one hand and grip the glans tightly palms down so that your entire hand is around is around your glans. If you have 7.5 inch girth like Zulu does then I guess you are SOL unless you happen to have huge hands as well, but it is important to totally shut your peehole down. Then at the same time with your other hand grip the base.
(5) Now, you will cum, but nothing will come out due to the forced pressure however your penis will get huge. Keep the grip at both ends tight and start releasing pressure on one end while squeezing harder with the other and trying to apply pressure down with the hand on the glands and pressure up (like you were doing a ULI) with the hand at the base. Relax one hand as the other squeezes so you have a back and forth pumping action going on. I feel this is important unless you want to get the baseball bat look or irregular girth in the midshaft, but this is just speculation.
Now a few things about this excercise I think should be made aware for safety and discussion:
(1) I have no idea if it is bad or not as to preventing ejaculation as opposed to just kegeling ultra hard to hold back the cum. Some people can do this so more power to them.
