How do I get the free extra sleeves and membership?
When I use the buy button there are no extra sleeves showing just the standard sleeves that always comes with it,

I don't know if they would do that but it would not hurt to ask. I am going to guess and say they won't because the package is sealed in plastic.

It is a great device Red. I have had mine for about 2 months and it is nice to be able to wear a stretcher for 7 to 10 hours. I am pretty sure you would need the XL bell. I think they have the size measurements listed on their website for the different size bells. I have not used it at night yet but it works great for the entire day

what percentage length gain can you attribute to its usage? I'm toying with the idea of adding this to my arsenal...

Sorry I missed this BSA. I have not done an official measurement yet so I could not give you a definite answer on what if any length I have added. I have taken some non official measurements just to see if I was on the right track and I was showing roughly 1/4 to 3/8" improvement on bpfsl. I will measure later this month and I am hoping for 1/2" but I will have to wait and see.

So close, you can do it! Think about it, it is only this much growth (___) that is it! When you see the gain as small and easy the gain comes fast and consistently.
