I've been doing this since late february so call it march of 2011. I had flu and poison ivy in april so almost took the entire month off. I just about always get atleast the newbie stretches in and most times I get around 1.5 hours of newbie stretching sometimes more. I've been doing the mandigo along with the normal stuff. I usually get between 30 min to 1 hour in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] doing the supersets. Fluid retention is what usually determines the time.
A few weeks ago I started clamping and hanging. I usually clamp around 30 min a day but only get about 30 min to 1 hour of hanging 2 or 3 times a week. Im still doing the same routine but since im laid off im doing alot more [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I have been doing 30 to 60 min two or 3 times a day. Usually clamping be for and after to try and maximize expansion and reduce fr. Its been helping some but still I get some fr.
My starting stats were 3/1/11

I've put back on about ten lbs and I've got a better method of measuring now. The string and tape measure was some what inaccurate. Now I've got a soft tape made for sowing...much easier and much more reliable.
