No, actually he mumbled something about Mrs. Claus being a size queen and
something else about "that fucking elves union" and then hopped back into his sleigh and took off. Funny, I didn't know Santa's sleigh was a big brown van.
Anyway, I did a full(?) [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] workout tonight instead of my usual and OMG I am so sore. I did the A stretches, the 2 handed A-stretches, the Bow and Arrow, and the down and out. Really intense and you can get a lot of leverage with this baby. Maybe we will see DLD with sexy Jen doing late night info commercials for this thing after all. I don't have a clue how long I should do each and how many sets, I just worked it until I couldn't do any more. I did them in cycles. one right after the other for 30 seconds each with about a minute rest after completing the cycle of 4 then would start over again. I think I managed 5-6 cycles before I couldn't do any more.
