Hey guys, new to this site just found it today when i googled how many ml's a shot glass was and it led me straight to this Thread! But anyways to the point, i have been trying to figure out what i can do to increase load sizes with different supplements and foods. I go to the Gym alot so i am already on creatine, pre-workout powder and vitamin pills among many many others. So what i did first was started eating more celery each day, along with tomatoes, avocados, lecethin granules (egg yolks have lecethin in them too so i eat a few a day), L-arganine powder, L-cartinine powder and make sure i get in a healthy amount of good fats from extra virgin olive oil, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds and Pumpkin Seeds, all of which also provide extra Zinc. So far i have definately noticed an increase in ejaculate volume and not only from eating all these things but i believe it also helps to stay healthy and going to the gym regulary is definately beneficial in more ways than increasing your Testosterone! On the Subject of Testosterone i have to add that i have tried a couple of different boosters and am on one now that i definately notice increases ejaculate noticabely. So that's what i have to say for now, if i've left anything out that i remember later on i will be sure to get back here and add it in! Until next time!
