Being that a few other members have "online journals" of their Penis Enlargement routines, I thought I would make one too, for self-motivation. I started at:

5.5" NBPenis EnlargementL
5.0" EG

and I'm shooting for:

7.5" NBPenis EnlargementL
6" EG

I'm hoping to achieve this within a year, if sooner, awesome, if not... I'll get there! Today was my second "real" day (I practiced two days earlier but do not count) on DLD's newbie program. The stretching took approx. 15 minutes (1 set for 1 min, 2 sets for 30 seconds) followed by the jelqing, which I finally felt I did a decent job today. My dick was pumped for awhile after, giving my flaccid a more full look, which hopefully one day will stay that way.

I do have a question though... during the jelq, should I be in continuous motion to keep the blood trapped (its hard for me to stay aroused the whole time, so I find myself stopping to get it back up)? Also, is it possible to achieve my goals within the time I'm shooting for with only my hands (without the other products... sorry, they kind of scare me)? Will post when I have more interesting details about my Penis Enlargement adventure
 
Oh yeah... after the jelqing has been completed, and my dick is pumped, do I still go ahead with the testicle massage (which involves stretching the penis straight up)? I didn't want to mess with the semi-pump I had going on
 
You don't have to jelq nonstop for the whole time. If you need to pause for a few seconds to get engorged enough, then do it. A year may be enough time, or it may not. You may be a hardgainer. We'll have to wait and see. I'm also afraid of attaching stuff to my penis. But I've made an exception for cable clamps. You won't find a better girth workout. You will probably eventually have to do something like this because girth gains are very tough to get for most people. Length should be no trouble. You can still do the testicle routine after you get done jelqing, I don't think it will be detrimental. But if you're worried about it, maybe do your testicle stuff right before bed.
 
I was thinking / stressing about my summer routine, because my mom is full korean which = nosy, micromanaging etc etc. I just know im not going to have enough time to do full sessions of phase I, and by that time, I should be on phase II. So, since my main goal is length at this point, should I just get a good length routine for the 3 months my privacy is gone? Still have another 6 weeks on DLD's newbie!

Time for commando training, just use what time you have available. Do your workouts when she is asleep, out shopping, at relatives, work etc etc. Just look for opportunities and you *will* find them!

Also had questions about hitting mainly length for now, and if I should change up anything to focus more on length. Felt some fatigue.... might rest soon, but I've gone four days strong!

Time sounds right mate for how long you've been doing it. You do get a bit quicker but don't stress about time, focus on quality.
Jelqs and stretches are good all around exercises and dont one wont hinder the growth of the other.
I would recommend you take at least one day off in a week, whether or not you feel like it, but thats just my opinion :)
 
Had a good sessions again last night... Didn't really have trouble with erections until the cranking, but... I just "cranked" em out. Got a good pump after jelqing, and realized I want my flaccid to look like that at all times... so if anyone has suggestions, that would be great. But I assume flaccid size comes with erect size, so we shall wait and see.

Continuing DLD's newbie program, nothing really different, except on the last set per stretch, I hold it for a minute. Got too hard during the jelqs and noticed a bump floating around the penis (looked like that thrombosed vein thing) but once I got back to 70-80% erection, it went away. Still trying to get a hang of this thing, but already after 5 days straight, I feel much more accustomed to the routine. EXCEPT, does anyone know how to get baby oil off?? Goddamn, that shit is crazy.

But all is well over here, going 6 on 1 off, then on sunday, I'm going to begin Penis Enlargement'ing in the morning... too awkward telling my roomate im going to sleep... then walking out with a bulge in my shorts happier then ever saying I wasn't tired. So starting sunday, it's Penis Enlargement in the morning, testicle and PC muscle excersises before bed.
 
Also... anyone get gains off Phase I, and if so, how much? I'm going to stay on it until Mid-may when I go home, and then hopefully DLD and I go over a good length routine only, because I know I wont have time at home to do both. And stretching would be a lot easier to lie about if caught then having a giant, greased up boner, beating it like it owed me money.... Im really getting frustrated with gripping during the upwards stretches... i cant hold onto it for more than 30 seconds. Any tips or anything, im pissed! :oP
 
Also, I am getting pretty aroused on the roatary stretches.... I just finish em partly aroused, is this okay? And could someone give me some pointers on what a good stretch feels like? Thanks!
 
hey bro--you should try using some surgical gloves--i've been using them lately and man it feels like im gonna rip my dick from my body---it got me scared at first but then i was like "naw im not gonna pull my dick off,,,,theres those guys in China or somewhere where they move cars and planes with there dicks,,,so i guess the penis is very strong"
 
Well... besides my two above complaints, everything else is going okay. Had a pretty crappy Penis Enlargement session tonight, my roomate and girl were making too much noise in the kitchen, and i thought every 5 seconds they were gonna come knockin... so I kept going limp during the jelqs, only busted out about 250. Still got pumped though, so thats cool.

Gonna start Penis Enlargement'ing in the morning now, might take tomorrow off, because if not, that would only be like 8 hours rest for the little man. Any pointers, tips, or anything is much appreciated

This is where anger defeats you. Take a breath, clear your head and reapply your grip. It's not important if you loose your grip and getting pissed won't grow your manhood any quicker :) When it happens to me I regrip myself and add 5 seconds on to my finishing time. It's not going to make a discernable difference if you stretch for 30 secs or for 2 sets of 15 secs, you are still doing 30 seconds overall.

Me, I'm only doing the grips for 30 seconds anyway :)

It's really hard to describe for me personally. I didn't feel a thing until about week 3, when i felt like something had changed internally up behind the penis after stretching. Something was just fatigued, much like my bicep might be after the gym.
Shortly after I started to get occasional pains in the main shaft of the penis, quick abrupt shooting pains that i still get from time to time (strangely most often on my off days) so i know I am healing from the pain (your body *will* heal what hurts after all).

So what i am saying is it took me a few weeks mate, and now I *can* tell when i've got a good stretch going on. Your penis will literally say to you "ah yes, this is good, a little more, ahhhhh, thats it!" :) You are making good solid consistent progress Luke, keep up the good work :)

This is a training quote which I feel could appy to Penis Enlargement;

You must try and achieve a higher and higher level of performance, or you never will. You'll get stuck in the comfort zone, and your body will not be forced to adapt; Therefore even though you may be Penis Enlargement'ing regularly, you won't get results.

Hey.... well, I got the red spots on my dick now... dont bother me.... but my penis does itch with them? is this normal? and Also... my dick is reddish purple from a little above the glans to the tip, and I've noticed the texture is different (more rough, almost dry looking). Any explanations?


Besides this, been going good... swear flaccid size is getting longer, haven' really measured erect length or girth, dont wanna get into a routine of measuring all the time. Maybe once every 2 weeks or month... we'll see. Approching the end of second week on friday.... have upped the routine to 400 jelqs.

I read somewhere that BTC stretches really help in lengt gains... should I incorporate these into the program as well? What are your guys opinions on BTC stretches, and how are they done?

My first red spots were a little itchy kindoff, so I wouldnt worry about it. Of course, never hesitate to take a day or two off anytime you feel you might benefit from it. I always find my dick feels stronger after a break :)
 
Well, had a good Penis Enlargement session today... my 2nd week is almost up! It looked like this:

Warm towel - 5mins
Stretching - ~15-20 mins
- Down, left, right, up : 30 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute sets.
- 90 Cranking Rotarys... not getting as hard, but still getting aroused
Wet Jelqs w/ Johnsons Baby Oil that doesn't ever come off for about 30 mins.
- 400 jelqs

After this week, I'm upping to 400 jelqs, but why do the jelqs take me so long? I think I have to increase the speed, I dont have time for 1 hour workouts every morning, especially when I'm only on Phase 1! Things are feeling good... I read levista's progress, and I agree with the tenderness... my first couple pulls feel tender at the brink of fatigue, but it goes away.

6 on 1 off, hoping to stay this way for awhile... Stretch intensity has increased, as has my grip on both stretches and jelqs. One thing I'm worried about... it seems like my I have more foreskin now... Mine doesnt really drape the glans, it used to just have a little bunch behind the head... it seems that "bunch" has increased in size... will it continue to grow, because that looks weird already.

Was also thinking about summer, when im staying with the rents.... do any of y'all know of something like DLD's 10 minute program.... but more like a 15-20 minute program focusing on length only? I can train the girth when I come back up to college and have more privacy.... Will post here in a few!

Hell man, if youve read my routine you'll know I'm slowing down my Jelqs! How come 400? If you're doing the DLD routine he asks for 600 after week 2 :) Maybe breaking them up would help? I'm not sure how you warmup, but you could use a hot facecloth (have one just for Penis Enlargement) to warm your manhood before going to bed and Jelq like a madman there!

And theres no such thing as being *only* on stage 1. Check my sig to see what DLD did in stage 1, and remember stage 1 isn't purely a warmup stage, its a valid dick grower. Dont be seduced by newer fancy sounding exercises :)
 
Yah... but 1 hour is too long for me... i heard phase one usually takes 30 minutes. And about the 400, its because im not past week two yet, but I feel 300 is not hitting it hard enough :o)

That is ok but try to consistently add reps until you get to 600. Over time you will gain endurance and strength.
 
Had yet another good Penis Enlargement sessions this morning. Tried some straight out stretches prior to the rotarys, and those felt really good. I've decided that Im going to follow up with more stretching just before bedtime, and continue with my regular Phase I routine in the morning. Trying to get that length before summer!

Anyone advise against the stretching twice a day? And I'm also thinking that rather than getting a whole new program, I'm going to wear this one out during summer as well. Maybe add some tunica stretches in, but mainly I plan to focus on stretching during the summer... easier, and aims more at my goal of getting length first.

Oh yeah, I love the post-jelq pump.... Even though my shit only hangs at like 4" after, it's more full.... and I swear my flaccid bigger, although it could just be because there is blood down there all day from the jelqing.... almost seems like im perma-semi-aroused :o). Will post again in a couple!

Not at all! Flaccid stretching can be done safely for hours on end.
 
I always hear Penis Enlargement gains are accomplished through a harder work ethic. So doing these additional stretches would benefit?
 
To hell with hard work matey ! Work smart, not hard I say. Make every exercise count, use good form, good speed, maximum intensity. THEN...if you still want to add more reps/exercises then go for it, just beware the trap where more equals less as you get sloppy :)
 
DLD told me his "harder" stretch routine, and i've decided to try it this morning. The fatigue afterward was actually prominent! Both in my dick and my forearms... But the workout felt great! Stretches took about 20 minutes, and now tonight, I am going to do about 300-400 jelqs and testicle massage.

Being that length is my primary goal, I seem to put a lot more intensity into the stretches, and because jelqs aren't the most comfortable excercise still. But will keep doing them regularly because of their importance. Will jelq 5 on 2 off, and will stretch 6 on 1 off. Any questions comments?
 
Oh yah... this might be good, but is definitely unflattering... After the stretching, i guess my dick was shocked to the new, more intense program... and it shrunk like crazy, so that sucks but hopefully it's not a bad sign.
 
Switched my routine yet again... but it's working good. Using a split routine now, to save time (at least mentally). This is what the stretch routine looks like in the morning:

10 minutes of straight down stretching
3 sets of 30 second stretches for down-right and down-left
3 sets of 30 seconds straight out
3 sets of 30 second stretches for straight-left and straight-right
3 sets of 30 second up
3 sets of 30 second stretches for up-left and up-right

That altogether, takes about 25-30 minutes. Feels like a real good stretch. Then before bed, I do about 15-20 minutes of jelqing, which I think converts into about 300-400 jelqs. The jelqs I only do 4 times a week, while the stretching I do 6x a week. Kegals all day, testicle health when I remember to. Hoping to stick with this one for awhile, and hopefully get some gains as well.... will try to abide by this routine for the remainder of the semester and for summer. Pointers? And someone tell me how to incorporate uli's into my jelqing!
 
Yeah, that stepped up stretching routine is nice. It does take some time but I think it is time well invested. It really covers all areas of LENGTH intrest from LIGS to TUNICA. Good work and keep it up.
 
Been going strong on this routine for almost a week now. Do the 30 minutes of stretching when I wake up 6x a week, and 15-20 minutes of jelqing 4-5 times a week. I have been throwing in an uli every 50 jelqs or so, so I get around 5-6 of those per jelq session. Not quite sure when to measure... and I think when i first started, i measured by slightly pressing into the fat pad, but not all the way. So I'm like half-way between a NBPenis EnlargementL and a BPenis EnlargementL... so not quite sure.

Solution to that: gonna measure myself on May14 (day before I go home for summer), measure the right way for NBPenis EnlargementL, then after my 3 months of mainly stretching @ home, I'm gonna take another measurement, and see how that goes. Can anyone gimme some excercises to throw in during those three months to keep the routine exciting??

Exciting?....It's Miraculous! Sometimes people need to step back and take an objective view of what they have learned with Penis Enlargement. I mean 5 years ago if someone told me I could make my dick 5 inches longer for about the price of some Vaseline and baby powder I would have laughed my ass off. Today, we all have this unbelievable opportunity to actually change the size of our penis...THAT SHIT IS A MIRACLE!
 
Alright... bad news on the updates. Haven't been keeping as strict a regimen as before... missed one day, and jelqing is now harder to do since my roomates girlfriend is here and they insist that I hang out with them every second of the night. But besides that, this is how the routine is looking as of now:

- 5 min hot wrap
- 8 sets of downward stretching, 1 minute each with 15 seconds rest between sets
- 3 30 seconds down-left, 3 30 seconds down-right
- 3 30 seconds straight out, 3 30 seconds straight-left, 3 30 seconds straight-right
-3 30 seconds up, 3 30 seconds up-left, 3 30 seconds up right.

15 second rest periods between sets. Kinda depressed... grabbed the ruler and measured... minimal gains if any. My measurement from the side is like 6.2, but the measurement I want to grow is from the top (looking down at it). this is how much I imagine actually gets in the girl... and I'm still hovering right around 5.5" (thought I think I may have boosted my stats a little in the beginning). Either way, will stick to the Penis Enlargement... got 3.5 more months of this routine. Comments are appreciated :)
