waning as in badly? I think you're fine with EQ unless you need to be up in the AM, try drinking water before bed it usually helps the penis stop from peeing during the night but also give you good EQ

Someone described this well, i forgot who, I want to say Munto. He said you lay in bed and make sure to have underwear on. Put your erect dick right under the stretchy band thats the top of the underwear so your frenulum should touch the inner surface of the stretchy band. Then you kegel pushing the band up into the air. If using as a passive or healing device, 30 minutes is fine but if you are looking for active gains I would use your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] at any time you can, the more hours logged the more growth that happens. Also are you including Expressive and Erect Stretches into your routine?

I would say wear for a half-hour at a time to make sure everything looks good. If things look OK shoot for an hour. No not quite that passive. I usually take needed breaks because I have to piss really bad but I'll putting my set duration's on my log.
