Week3
Warmup-10mins (tub)
Bundled stretches 6mins/ 3mins left and right.
Manual stretches 2 sets/30secs (same as previous days)
-Windmill cranks 40 x 8 (did theses between each manual set for blood flow-circulation)
Jelqs-150 (tried dry jelqs this time, they were a bit more intense than w/ lube...gonna keep doing these!)
Edged 38mins w/o cumming (combined with erect bends and jelqing)
70balls jelqs
Kegels 100 Rvrse kegels 100
-Did 10mins worth (5 sets of 30secs) while jelqing and edging.
