Shit I haven't posted lately but here's what I've been doing.

11-15->17-17
Haven't been keeping count but just doing kegels (and rvrse kegels) with deep breathing practice. Starting to aim for kegels holds for long periods of times. Gonna start playing with that more.

I have been doing this routine for about a 1 1/2 months. I would have to look at my thread to be exact but I think that would be pretty close
