yea when i started PE a few years back i used to do quick contractions sometimes for flaccid kegels, and also btw quick contractions are good for ballooning while erect for clamping and etc..

Now that is a safe way too clamp! Your hands will always be so much safer than a clamp. Thanks for sharing and giving a safer way to clamp.

check out my routine progress thread, i actually reintroduced manual clamped kegels and reverse kegels today into my routine, it's been a while since I've done them especially consistently

a little while back i used to do at least hundreds of clamped long kegel and reverse kegel holds almost daily for many months

i progressed from quick contractions to longer holds because i wanted to keep the expansion from the kegel to build both EQ and girth

I'll check it out! I've played and dabbled with long kegel longs with kegel holds since DLD mentioned them a while back! Seeing how long you can hold your muscles does require some focus, which makes it fun in my opinion.
Doing that while CLAMPED! Sounds even more fun and more intense.

i gained .3 of an inch in measured length a few years back when I was grinding out hard kegel sessions almost daily for a few months, the length gain appeared specifically just below the glans

this was from a lot of resistance and clamped kegel HOLDS, which holds the expansion thus making it an EQ and girth multi-purpose exercise

and of course I also gained some girth but unmeasured just visually i see

i still have these gains to this day
