Sometimes people in PE, bodybuilding or whatever it may be replicate the actions of another person expecting the same results.

In bodybuilding you see it all the time one dude follows the same routine, same diet plan as the other yet only one of them gets the results. And I think it has to do with one person actually believing he will get the results and have faith in the process. You clearly have faith in your process otherwise you would not be so god damn consistent. Its not only what you do bro, you got to believe in it too.

Good point...I definitely believe in PE, even though I haven't reach my goal yet I'm certain I will if I stay consistent! Consistent intensity are pretty key to growth in LIFE.

What's your PE goal Rocky?
 
My PE goal was 7" NBPEL as I get closer to that I raised it to 8" NBPEL but my issue is I get content. I am satisfied with my current size whereas at 5.5" I wasn't, everything I get now is just a bonus so its harder for me to stay motivated. You got that motivation factor now.

That's what I plan to accomplish over time....more control, similar to what you just described DLD! Sounds like quite an experience and something cool to master.

Keeping you head in the game is important and even the smallest rampant of work will accomplish this. Kegels, stealth stretching, edging, etc. anything to keep you going. When time allows add intensity and duration.

for example do u hold a kegel squeeze or is it a quick contraction/squeeze? clamped or not? please provide specifics if u can

He is the kegeling jedi master he probably does all types of kegels. Nerd is writing a book about kegels.

In all seriousness we need to start doing these more, I know this one of the was base exercises for DLD's ild routines and for good reason.

Kegels and Reverse Kegels played a major role in my gains. As a matter of fact, at the time, no one was really doing them and there was no such thing as a Reverse Kegel. Kegels enabled me to gain faster than others as I was strengthening the very muscles that held the blood in the penis, with strong pelvic floor muscles erection quality is amazing. As time went on I invented the DLD Blasters and this is when I came up with the Reverse Kegel. DLD Blasters became the biggest length exercise going for years. If you go to Thunderplace (they locked the thread) but it is still one of their biggest threads.

Alot of exercises I'm gonna learn soon. Like DLD blaster....in due time.

it reminds me when i started PE doing mostly kegels it was actually one of more enjoyable exercises and works wonders for the EQ
