Nice work brother! Been awhile since I've read through your log. I was checking some of your kegel routines and saw all the LM and hanging work!! Keep it up man looks like my routine in a month or so when I add more sets.
 
Firestarter rolls...

I get slight FR under the glans from hanging. Heli shakes and firestarter rolls work wonders directly after hanging.
 
I don't really feel anything from it, as it is usually minimal. Just like FR from pumping for an extended period, or even over-pumping, which I have done in the past..
