Ok NS92 is back in the race.

Current routine layout
LM stretches for 30s-12pulls
Vachanging with 3lbs (2or3hrs depending on time)
ADS slug 9oz (aiming for atleast 8hrs or more a day)
While asleep wear a silicone sleave of mine.

It is length focused and also based around the SRT theory. Since I consider myself a "hard gainer" it feels like a do-able routine. Will increase over the next 90days and see what happens!

I missed you my brother I was wondering where you got off to. Good to have you back and I’m glad that you’re adding components of SRT to your routine. If you need any help please just ask me or one of the other brothers here.
