Haven't logged in a while....still at it of course but started over with hanging since I recently learned my technique was very bad. Probably the reason why I haven't gained from my hanging efforts!

So for now I've decided to focus on hanging only for the time being!

As of lst week I've basically re-started my beginner hanging routine!

Welcome back to the grind my friend. We all need some time away every once in a while just to get our self centered again. Sometimes a bit of time away from the forum can help us gain a better perspective on our desires and how we want to get there. So I’m glad that you have come back and our training again and I hope you feel refreshed.
 
Quick update...currently on a break. Decon-Break from PE at the moment, looking to give vac-hanging a try. Possibly combined with clamping.

Keep your mind on PE as you take this break, stay involved with the forum, do anything you can do to keep your mind in that PE place.
 
What do you guys think about clamping everyday? Haven't done it in a while...gonna experiment with ADS weight and clamping. Started back today.

If you do clamping, watch your PIs...if they are positive, continue...if they are negative...pull back or do every other day.
