Bundled stretches 8mins/ 4mins left and right.
Manual stretches 2 sets/40secs (same as previous days)
-Windmill cranks 50 x 8 (did theses between each manual set for blood flow-circulation)
Dry Jelqs-150 (believe I felt tunica fatigue not long after doing these)
Edged 30mins w/o cumming (combined with erect bends)
80balls jelqs
50 Kegels 50 Rvrse
-Did 12mins worth (6 sets of 30secs) while edging.
