hey man what kind of kegels are u actually doing? b/c there are many variations

for example do u hold a kegel squeeze or is it a quick contraction/squeeze? clamped or not? please provide specifics if u can
 
I don't think he clamps.

He is the kegeling jedi master he probably does all types of kegels. Nerd is writing a book about kegels.

In all seriousness we need to start doing these more, I know this one of the was base exercises for DLD's ild routines and for good reason.

Kegels and Reverse Kegels played a major role in my gains. As a matter of fact, at the time, no one was really doing them and there was no such thing as a Reverse Kegel. Kegels enabled me to gain faster than others as I was strengthening the very muscles that held the blood in the penis, with strong pelvic floor muscles erection quality is amazing. As time went on I invented the DLD Blasters and this is when I came up with the Reverse Kegel. DLD Blasters became the biggest length exercise going for years. If you go to Thndr Pl (they locked the thread) but it is still one of their biggest threads.

Quick contractions. No clamp (never heard of clamped kegels but it does sound fun)

Alot of exercises I'm gonna learn soon. Like DLD blaster....in due time.

i mean he did 1000 quick contractions lol that's news worthy

BREAKING NEWS: "Nerd92 at home does a thousand quick kegels per day, motivates others to include this in their PE regimen as well"

it reminds me when i started PE doing mostly kegels it was actually one of more enjoyable exercises and works wonders for the EQ
