My advise would be to do some research on the jelq and everything concerning Penis Enlargement. You need to understand clearly what your doing and the effects to your penis. You don't want to go off half cocked;) As for putting it into simpler terms, I'm at a lose for words being that I only speak english! Research...research...research...you only have one dick! Good luck to you!

I think anyone lacking motivation to start or from not seeing results needs to see this.
I started back up three days ago going slow just trying to condition myself again and seeing this makes the future look.... big ;)
