Chads, do the dry dual DLD jelq (compressions)...your girth will get bigger, you can also do horse squeezes. Regular jelqs are good for girth as well.

how sad..Havent had time to start any programs because of work. I did pump some the other night. Made it aittle thicker, but not much.

Ive been doing the jelq thing for a few days. Dry and with vasoline. I gain around 1/4 inch in girth, but goes away the next day. It is sore, but not alot when erect. Not going to give up though. Can someone tell me how to properly use the clamps(home depot version) with jelqing?I have the medium and small size. I can close the medium completely and slide if off if theres vasoline on it. the small doesnt fit at all.

I think that a very important part of Penis Enlargement is consistency. If you are consistent with an effective routine and keep stepping it up then the sky's the limit. It takes dedication but Penis Enlargement has changed my life.
