Your girl must have loved the extra expansion! Nothing bad about missing one session, make it up the next day. I guess soreness from sex TRUMPS soreness from training.
 
still here guys sorry for not posting, went through a weird spell with all the exercises where couldn't get much feeling during sex and I struggled to climax,sometimes I wouldn't at all other times she would of done 8 times before I did so had to cut down

so I cut down my workout dramatically, I still do some every day but not on the scale I use to, not measured as I know id be disappointed :(

Now that you have cut back on the training is sex going better?
 
sex is better , took some time though, must say totally lost the original colour of my dick, more of a dark colour now but guess that's common?

Some men do become darker and others do not. I have never gotten discoloration in all of my years and I have gone pretty hard core. I have a bruise that I got early in my career that never went away and a stretch mark on the bottom of my shaft but that is it. It is strange how some do and some don't. We know a few things that cause this like clamping, over pumping, being restricted too long, etc. but there are some reasons that have never surfaced as certain men could be doing the identical workout as another and one will get darker while the other doesn't. As time goes on we will master this.
 
I have gotten discoloration, and that was one reason that I stopped PE. Now I think that one main reasons why that happened was that I stopped to warm-up.
So I do it before every length-workout. A while ago I talked to a female friend and she told me that a lot of people are darker down there males and females. I have actually never loooked for that or thought about it, but after that conversation I had new hope and it might have been one important reason to why I'm back at the brotherhood :).

Warm ups and warm downs are greatly missed by many and this is also a big reason there is discoloration.

Warm-down very rarely.

Do you think there is a warm-up needed before starting 5x5x3?
I always felt that getting an erection would be enough of a warm-up, lol

Warm downs should be done for the simple reason most skin issues happen at the end of a routine rather than the beginning. I do a warm down by simply doing 5 minutes of deep tissue massage.

Light pumping for 3-5 minutes is a wonderful warm up. Don't forget the Bundled Stretches too.

I do bundled stretches on pretty much every training day erect and/or flaccid! :)

I do bundle stretches before anything so classed this as my warm up, agree don't do a warm down but will incorporate one cheers

I would see it as a great addition to every routine - be it length or girth
But a warm-up for me would be classified as: warm-hot washcloth, rice sock, heating pad or light water pumping.
