I have had an x30 for years and never could get enough of a seal to pull off and have anything else than a loss of suction happen. I even use the vac mod... I am pretty average in size, so maybe not filling the tube is an issue...but I can't get that much suction to stretch. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong - enlighten me!

Got back up to 2.5hrs bundled/stretching and 300 jelqs so getting back, weekend now so up the anti a bit.

Cock is definately feeling fuller day in day out in a flaccid state, totally different from beginning of year

With a bit of a slower week did you notice any less stretchyness, more tightness?

Dude so need to get into wrapping, noticed with workouts and tablets I'm feeling lot thicker making it slightly harder to do twisted bundles but doing them still.dont think it's down to doing less hrs as still putting something in daily
 
Give it a shot...ace wrap takes a little to become “good”.but gives some of the extended state without spending much $$. I have the sillisleeves too... but I think a larger flaccid penis makes them easier to use. Hopefully reintroduce soon ?.
 
7” is the magic number here! don’t sweat a .1”. Probably just an EQ or measuring thing. And after a light week and only picking back up over the weekend... you’ve retained atleast .6 in of recent gains! I think it’s a good gauage for you now moving forward...kinda establishes a baseline for decon time.

Yea I know, all mindset. Making up for it today with a min 4hrs stretching routine, I want 7.5 lol
 
Could you give me some ideas to increase stretching focused on length.

I do 5-10 min bundled stretches- some in each direction

Newbie routine-usually takes about 40 min

Throughout the day will perform 5-10 min sets...basic and bundles... maybe for a total of 30 min??

Any recommends?
 
I like to do 50% if not more of bundled, twisted stretches, for me this is opening me up for gains so more of these the better, i mix so that first stretch is bundled then straight stretch and continue to alternate the whole time
 
Yea manual bundles, I alternate by each pull which can vary with length. Mainly by gland but recently starting grabbing shaft and one finger around gland
