Just remember slow and steady will persevere...so it appears. Being new to PE, I’ve followed your postings closely as well as a lot of general reading across the board. So something I’ve picked up on is ...a little older yields more patience and commitment... probably good since it appears age may require a little more healing to see gains. I’ve been giving a lot of consideration to this... preparing for once the (hopeful) newbie gains of ligament stretching plateaus. Don’t want months of Devon breaks... that allows fir less commitment to set in... but strategizing maybe short decons to heal/switch up routine.
So after all of that jibber jabber... I’m wondering if just a short decon after all of your hard work... would create the body “guessing” to see you really experience significant gains? Don’t be tentative to measure... Measure! Then evaluate stats... and figure out if you need to switch things up...or not! Let’s get this figured out...and sure DLD would be happy to advise. I’m trying to follow in your footsteps!
BTW... I would be ecstatic To get to the length you’ve achieved...well above an average size. Just sayin ?

OK so measured only length though as had straight ruler.

BPEL has gone from 6.5" to around 7.2" (100% EQ), which I'm amazed at, got slight bit more of a fat pad (I blame lockdown) so not sure if that makes a different but thinking I should be happy lol

That's great news(except the larger fat pad ?). Good job man. Inspires me to keep at it to hear that the manual stretching is working for you. I hope to see a similar number on my measure day in about a month.
 
...so another .3” from your previous max and .7” from your latest current... WOW!! Umm... maybe you won’t mind measuring a little more often ?. Now get a tape and measure for girth... and update your stats that are on the bottom of your post. Damn I’m envious. ? Good job Andy!!
 
Cheers guys, Suprised myself, really wanna lose fat pad and see what it does to size. In terms of girth yea will get that measure this evening. Think the thing for me is managing to get to 100% EQ to see that size which ain't as easy at the mo
 
...hear ya! Pumping seems to be helping me with that, which is nice ?... been struggling in the EQ arena too ?. When you get a chance... give me some “pointers” transitioning from the newbie routine to what you have been doing... man.. 0 .7 “ I’m still in awe...over 7” now is a big dick ?. Proud of ya!
 
In my head I still need to see 7 as NBPEL as I don't like the fat pad hiding it. Once I hit that ill be happy, well temporarily until I hit 8 lol
 
I'll be honest my routine ain't nothing special, I basically just sit on my sofa for hours twisting and pulling in different directions for as long as possible. I then do 1 or 2 sets of 300 Jelqs a day followed by a few SSJ's. I then wear my cock ring for 20 to 30mins to keep it in state. The bathmate use is a rarerity at the min and for the odd occasion I did it straight after Jelqs and just for 5 mins but not used it recently.
 
...I guessing about 6.8” nbpel? Just think... your entering your last inch of goal! ????
forgot to ask... how long has it been since you last measured at 6.5 until now... essentials the time to have gained the 0.7”?
